Xavier is set on revenge against Veronica/Ronny's father who was responsible for his younger brothers death. He works for her father under the a fake name and he has had his eyes on the lovely Ronny but she is too young and innocent for him. When she catches him in her father study she tells him she thinks her father had something to do with the death of her mother so they join forces to take her father down. Xavier knows he can not leave Ronny because she means too much to him but can they get her father behind bars before he has them killed.

The first book in the Forbidden Love Dangerous Men series a short story that held my interest until the end. This is Xavier an older man and the crime boss' daughter Ronny a younger woman's story. This is a new Author to me, and it looks like this is her debut book.

A short steamy story with a bit of an abrupt ending. Xavier seeks revenge for his brother and Ronnie is an obstacle and temptation at the same time and ends up being part of the revenge. Although short, you do get some insight into the characters.
