EVERETT BAILEY is a former army ranger living a normal family-man life. What Everett doesn’t remember is his supernatural history as a soldier overseas in Afghanistan. Everett has a special power that he was ordered to forget by ignorant superiors under the thumb of key power players in a ploy to control the world.During a tour in Afghanistan, he and his squadron encountered a giant with supernatural strength, an eremite demigod of old. The demigod ambushed the squadron before being shot down, but not before killing one of the soldiers. In a debriefing session that utilized unorthodox and illegal means of convincing, Everett was water-boarded, forcing him to forget the encounter for the sake of government security. As a good soldier, Everett moved on and worked through his PTSD to return to his life with his wife and children.DOMAIN takes place at the juncture where Everett is forced back into the conspiracy due to the government's need and interest in his ability to combat the demigods. In this process, Everett’s family is extorted in order to subdue him into obedience to the military for the means of extracting his powers. Major General STOCKARD is tasked with the oversight of this new to send Everett and a new squadron to Antarctica where a live demigod is held in stasis, for the sole purpose of testing Everett’s abilities against the demigod. All Everett knows is that he is needed on a mysterious mission and must comply to get his family back. What Everett doesn’t realize is that he also subconsciously needs to discover his own powers that he is unaware of. Everett is of demigod descent, able to invoke the same superhuman powers and therefore combat them – or be a guinea pig for government experimentation to develop the perfect super-soldier.When Everett’s new squadron is massacred by the awoken demigod, he is faced with utilizing his powers by sheer exposure and self-defense. Thus, Everett becomes a case study of massive proportions, handled by the nefarious agent CAMBOR ALBRIGHT, a flamboyant and precarious villain interested in becoming a super soldier himself, for his own means, and willing to do whatever necessary to make it happen.Albright’s endeavors are met with an unexpected strength from Everett, who escapes the continent via Peru to return home and confiscate his family. With his new powers now realized and understood, Everett is confident in his ability to achieve his personal mission with the intent of disappearing into hiding once achieved. In the meantime, Lead Physicist and engineer QUINTON has developed a state-of-the-art particle collider capable of manipulating an unknown particle combination that can generate cellular life as well as travel between dimensions. However, because Quinton does not know exactly how his particle colliders achieve the massive success in creation that they do, he is enticed to seek out the wise ones called the Eidolon, who have been leading him along in his scientific endeavors. Quinton sacrifices himself to the machine and travels into the unknown on a spiritual journey and then returns to the human realm to act as an ambassador between the realms and ultimately break the veil between the two, thus leading the Eidolon into the lesser domain for the purpose of ruling it in peace and prosperity – or so they say.Domain is a series in the making, with the first book being the only completed work. The sequel is plotted out and in the works, adding more main plots and subplots that expand this story into an epical post-apocalyptic world.
