Modeling True Love’s Possibility
Everyone needs guide rails or guidelines or simply rules to give structure and direction to life. Nick Knight, 42-year-old, tall, dark-haired and handsome, successful former model with silver-grey eyes that looked like liquid metal, was currently a highly sought-after professional photographer who knows that without rules, an undisciplined, negligent individual will become vulnerable to the distractions and malignant forces of life. So, he has chosen to live by 3 simple rules: 1. In relationships, don’t get emotionally involved—keep it only physical; 2. Always be the alpha in the bedroom—don’t yield control to a sexual partner; and most importantly, 3. Don’t mix business and pleasure—and, as a photographer of the world’s most beautiful women, this rule is paramount.
So, when cynical Nick, was hired at the last minute to be the photographer for the new Guess ad campaign, the job could not have come at a better moment. While he could always use the money—living the good life on the Malibu beach was not without expense—more important was the convenient imperative of physically leaving California for a few days. His ex, Margo York—never a “girlfriend,” but rather a convenient bedmate when desired—was doing her best to pressure Nick into marriage, luring him with her endless bank account. She was determined to upend Nick’s rules—all of them—so his acceptance of the Vegas shoot was a perfect escape from Margo’s grasping, controlling plans to lure him into matrimony.
So, taking the last-minute gig was a no-brainer. But, what suave, sophisticated, worldly Nick had not expected was to have his world, and its guiding rules, rocked by the most innocent, most beautiful, most inappropriate woman he had ever encountered. Tall, slim and ethereal with turquoise eyes and lush, blonde hair, the young 21-year-old model had been chosen to be the new face for Guess. Still a virtual unknown in the world of super models, the woman-child was obviously a gifted model whose career was climbing. So, this shoot could very well launch Savannah Marie into the stratosphere of the fashion world.
But Savannah is not just another aspiring model willing to offer anything—including her body—to achieve her goals. Savannah’s goal is to model only until she has saved enough money to achieve her real goals—to pay for college and veterinarian school, and eventually, to set up her own practice. Such a wonderful read. Nick and Savanah had a great connection and amazing chemistry. A really great story, with a bit of drama, intrigue, love, and one I definitely recommend.

Informative and steamy with some conflict and a happy ending.
The book starts out a little slow and newsy/informative, but it provides a good introduction to the complex and diverse 20 something residents of Southern California’s Sunset Terrance apartment complex as well as the doubts and growing pains in an “almost instant attraction” romance with a sudden marriage.
Twenty-one-year-old introverted virgin, rising supermodel, and veterinarian school hopeful Savannah Hart’s plans change when she sees past the façade of the relationship phobic, exacting, and often rude forty-two-year-old Las Vegas Guess campaign photographer Nick Knight.
2. Book 2: Daddy’s Temptation

Cute and much-needed brain candy after the handful of dark tales I just finished.
I couldn't give it high marks because of some basic editorial issues including bad grammar and paragraph construction which kept bothering my reading. (I hate anything that interrupts my speed reading!)
I will say that Kelly Myers definitely knows how to develop a character quickly. I found myself being able to see/feel both Nick's and Savannah's personalities take hold of me early on the storytelling process which would make it an excellent book.. except I keep feeling that something was missing. Something BIG missing. No, I didn't want to see more angst. It had the perfect balance. But in saying that, I still must confess that I practically guessed the last quarter of the book, you know, the part in which life no longer is beautiful and dreamy. When life returns to normal once again, and everyone's secrets are now exposed for the worse. Now all the real work happens to guarantee an HEA ending at all costs. And I also guessed the BIG SECRET, too. How could I not miss it?
As for world-building, I wish she had spent more time on more appropriate development and convince me about living in Malibu. First of all, finding property with a private beach is impossible. Also, Malibu is rocky rocky rocky, therefore finding sandy beaches is difficult to find. And when is two hundred thousand dollars a whopping inheritance?? It's a spit in the bucket! Raise it up to a few million, and that's more realistic. Considering the bills he had been running away from, I doubt that two hundred thousand would cover it. There were other places where my suspension of disbelief was shattered. If it happens once, that's bad, but three times minimum? Bad news.
Not to say I don't recommend reading this book. I do, but personally, I'm glad I did it on KU. I don't think I'd be rereading this book, hence the KU read-through. Personally, I think it would had been improved with additional subplot that made a difference. After all, I bet Savannah could be hiding secrets of her own.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Savannah Hart and Nick Knight. When this book open we find that both Savannah and Nick are called to work a photo shoot for a new campaign. Savannah has never worked with Nick in the past but has heard he is a no nonsense type of photographer. So when the two meet she isn't sure what to make of him. She does know she has not problem with his no party rules. See Savannah has always known that modeling was a means to an end. She has dreams of be a vet. So she has always kept her head down and worked hard. She also doesn't drink even often on her down time so when she has a particularly hard day with Nick and he invites her for dinner and they end up drinking she never planned what happened next. Nick has 3 fast hard rules he keeps to no matter what is happening in his life. So when his girlfriend gives him an ultimatum marry me or we are over he knows he is done with her. When the call comes in for this photo shoot he thinks it is a gift until he meets Savannah. She is the one woman he is thinking of breaking his rules for. Can these two get the HEA they are hoping for or will it just be a moment in their life?
Amazing story by this author. These characters will have you drawn to see what will happen next. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Nick is a photographer that is being pressured by his girlfriend to settle down. However what he doesn't do well with ultimatums and leaves her behind as he goes to Vegas for a photography job. Savannah is a new model and has just landed a job with Guess and is excited about it. When they meet sparks fly between them but they fight their attraction because Savannah isn't sure she even likes Nick. When Nick realizes that he is treating her badly he tries to make up for it. They end up going out for the evening and a game of truth or dare leads them into some life decisions that have them wondering about the next day. Nick marries Savannah for reasons he hasn't shared with her and once she finds out this could have her ending things between them. Will Savannah give him a chance to explain? Can they get their happy ending?
This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

This book brings us Nick and Savannah. Nick is one of Savannah's father's best friends, although they haven't seen each other for some time. Nick was there when Savannah was born, so he knows her pretty well. He has fantasized about her before, which is why he has stayed away. One night, Savannah shows up at his cabin knowing that he will protect her. Savannah's father has a terrible drinking problem, and has been physical with her and she's had enough. Nick is horrified to learn of this and vows to protect her. However, Savannah wants more than protection. She has been in love with Nick for some time, and has to convince her that she knows what she is doing. This was a great read and I HIGHLY recommend it. I did receive an arc for an honest review.

Savannah is an up and coming model and has to work with hotshot photographer Nicholas. Nicholas has rules that he never breaks with his models until he meets Savannah. Somehow during their time in Vegas, they end up getting married. As they try to work out this relationship, Nicholas feels that his control is slipping and doesn't know if he is okay with it. However, his past comes catching up with him, and he will have to work on this if he wants Savannah to stay with him forever.
I thought this romance was cute and sweet. There is quite an age gap between the two, but Savvy and Nicholas have quite the chemistry and are actually quite sweet together.

Twenty one year old model Savannah meets forty two year old photographer Nick and it changes both of their lives. She is only working as a model until she gets enough money to go to vet school which is her dream and Nick started out as a model only to become a photographer and he has been in a year old relationship with wealthy Margo but he does not love her but when she gives him a ultimatum to either marry her or she is breaking up with him then he breaks up with her. Then he meets beautiful sweet Savannah and he breaks all his rules for her and falls for her. Love the characters and the story was so sweet.

I really enjoyed this book, was well written and the characters were great. They went well together and the chemistry was smoking. Nick the much older alpha, was a great character, I loved how it explains the reason why he acts the way he does. Then theres Savannah, whos had a different upbringing and has a whole different outlook on life. I loved how Savannah by just being herself knocked Nick for six. It was great watching him change and him not even realise it. It was a great read. Loved it. Recommend

I am a big fan of the older man/younger woman romances so I was drawn to this book. Savannah is a 21 year old model and Nick is a 42 year old photographer who has been hired to photograph her next modeling assignment. He’s more than intrigued by this young beauty and her innocence. When a bet leads to the altar in Vegas, she’s wondering if this is for real. Will a jealous ex manage to ruin Savanna and Nick’s chance at a HEA. A quick read with some angst,hot sexual chemistry and proof you are never to old to change your way o honking about love.

An enjoyable age gap read.
Savannah is a model waiting for her big break, which she gets when a top magazine wants her for a photo shoot. Her dreams are coming true, if only she can work with the arrogant rude photographer.
Nick has 3 rules which he never breaks, and if it means being rude and arrogant to people then so be it. The problem is, he has gone too far with Savannah and when guilt sets in, he tries to put it right. A night out in Vegas, drinks and a game of truth or dare!
Things are going great, until Savannah finds out what Nick is hiding, he has broken her heart, so she leaves for a modelling job. Can Nick come to his senses and fight for her, or is it too late?

I absolutely loved this story older gorgeous Adonis of a man with an attitude and an unfriendly reputation oh a set of rules he follows to a “T” until he meets Savannah the fresh new young model for the Guess shoot his doing. The storyline was so interesting that it completely captivated me and was so intriguing that I couldn’t stop reading it until I finished with the very last word. I definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for an amazing book. Enjoy happy reading 📚

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. Nick is a photographer who meets Savannah, a model for his shoots. They are opposites in several ways but actually have a lot of chemistry between them. They find themselves married in Vegas before they know it. All of the rules have long since been ignored. This is the first book in the Big Daddies of Los Angels series. I thought that the storyline was well written with just the right amount of tension, humor, drama and steam.

Savanah and Nick are delightful characters whose story reminds me of an old-fashioned romance. Instantly attracted. Reluctant to act on the attraction. Finally act on the attraction in Vegas. Mutual respect and appreciation form a deep and enduring base for their love to grow on in spite of the outside opposing forces. Tears to eyes and smile on face equal one really good story with a storybook ending!

Nick and Savannah are the main characters in this romance. They meet at a photoshoot where she is the model and Nick is the photographer. He is basically a really good-looking man who is a complete jerk. He is used to being famous and having lots of available women around. Savannah is working as a model in order to make money to pay for vet school and she completely surprises Nick since she knows who she is and why she is modeling. A nice plot and storyline.

Rules are there for a reason, and Nick’s rules are clear...no emotions, have control, and do not mix business with pleasure. These rules have always served Nick well, until as a photographer he has a job with up and coming model Savannah! Within hours of meeting, those rules are out the window!

Fantastic
Grabbed me from the beginning and didn't let go. Sav was great had a great personality, had goals that she didn't give up on. Had her head on her shoulders. Nick was dominating and sexy and had rules he followed to keep life the way he wanted it. At least till he meets the spicy and gorgeous Savannah. I really don't want to give too much away so that you can enjoy it as much as I did loved it from start to finish.

I loved that it was a positive story. Despite that Savannah and Nick had their ’getting to know’ each other, after the wedding and before, it was still in a positive way.
Nick that had to let his rules go and Savannah that needed to open herself to opportunuties.
A nice touch to involve Ryker and Ave, even if so briefly.

Take the dare...
I really enjoyed this book. It flowed well, was an easy read, and I liked the characters. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars instead was because there was no surprise. I knew after chapter 2 what the climatic event would be, and almost how it would play out. While I don't hold that against the author or book, I'm not going to give it 5 stars either.

An enjoyable age gap book one in the Big Daddies of Los Angeles series! It is emotionally deep, intriguing, and well written with drama, twists and turns, love, and more. The characters are amazing; the chemistry between them is off the charts. Definitely recommended!

Unexpected love
What happens in Vegas doesn't need to stay in Vegas....and Savannah and Nick's marriage is an excellent example of that. Despite their age difference, there's a lot of other things to consider, like career and rules of life. But by the end of the day, love is all what matters.

I really enjoyed this book! The storyline was well developed, the characters were complex and well developed and the story world was detailed. The writing drew me in, and I felt immersed in the story! I always look forward to more books by this author and would recommend this book!

Great read!
Likable characters and great love story! Definitely liked his broody moods and her nature to see the best in him. Definitely like to read stories on the roommates as well! Overall a great read!
