This is a great book to learn more about not only the jurisprudence of RGB but about her life, as well. It covers some of the same material as the documentary and feature film about Justice Ginsburg, so if you have seen those you may not be getting a lot of new information. However, this is well-written and well worth your time.
I was given a free copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.
I loved this biography of the brilliant an ground-breaking Supreme Court justice. I've read other books about RBG which carefully chronicled all of her many meaningful and groundbreaking cases but this one provides a good deal more information about Ginsberg the woman - the daughter, wife, mother, mentor an friend. It's a warm, sometimes funny and always inspiring look at the woman who overcame adversity, including multiple battles with cancer and her constant fight for justice, fairness and equal rights. A must read for anyone who wishes to understand how the U.S. equal rights movement got to where it is, and how much it has to lose.
What an inspiring woman! Her humble beginnings to becoming one of the most influential women across two centuries! This book gives a great account of her life and will really help you to get to know her! Very well written book!
