This dramatization was more cheerful in tone than the two books I've read: Rumpole of the Bailey and Rumpole's Last Case.

An entertaining set of four stories about various cases handled by Rumpole of the Bailey. I have a real fondness for stories about the crusty old barrister and this audio collection kept up the usual standard of entertainment with mystery (did he/she do it), dry humour and a healthy dose of cynicism.
