I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.
Ella has moved to Bourbon Falls to escape a man who after two dates decided that she was his. Not seeing any way out she packed up her life and now is about to start her bee job as personal assistant to none other than Ace Dixon. The man has her heart twisted from the moment he bellows for coffee, could this be the something she has always been looking for or will she have her heart broken?
Ace Dixon is used to having all his needs met at work he is a pretty fair boss but the morning his coffee isn’t waiting for him and his be administrative assistant walks into his office he knows that coffee is the last thing he wants his future just walked into his office and he is determined to show her who she belongs too. Knowing her past he needs to try and go slow but within two days his patience is running thin, he’s ready for his future to start right now. Will Ella accept him as her future or will he take too long and miss his chance?
Great start to a new series loved how Ace put everything on the line for love even though he thought he was being patient after two days. Fun, flirty short 4* read.

Hot, steamy demanding and a lust/love at first sight.

Ella is very impressed by her boss but dares not let her daydreams go too far. And even though Ace wants to give her time to get used to him, he can't stay away from Ella.

Throughly loved this FIRST BOOK in the new series by B.L.BROOKS.
Ella is eighteen and has moved to a small town of Bourbon falls to get away from her ex-boyfriend and now works as a administrative assistant for Ace Dixon who is twice her age but when they meet for the first time the chemistry is there.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book about Ace and Ella she was a shy young girl and he was a dominant alpha male and he wanted Ella and he was going to teach her everything and take things slow and make her his.
I loved that Ace was patience with Ella and he wanted to take care of her.
It’s was a short well written book with really steamy scenes and the characters are well written and the story flows really well.
I can’t wait to read the rest of the books in the series.❤️❤️❤️

This is book number 1 in the Bourbon Falls series and focuses on Ace and Ella. Ella is new to town after trying to start her life over again after her ex. She gets a job as an administrative assistant for Ace. As soon as he sees her, Ace knows that she is the one for him. They both felt the immediate connection and thankfully didn't try to hard to fight it. Ace was all in almost right away and was determined to show Ella that they were perfect for each other. This was a great book and an excellent start to the series!

Ace takes one look at Ella and knows she is his one. Ella moves to Bourbon falls trying to get away from an obsessive e who won't take no for an answer. She is a shy young woman and when she gets a look at Ace, she is shell shocked! Handsome and alpha Ace has those in spades, and he has it all zoomed in on Ella! This age gap will draw you in and keep you caught up in their story! I am volunteering to leave a review for an ARC of this story.

Great Start to a New Series
Ace was a great quick read! Ella and Ace are a great couple. She has trouble in her past but that doesn’t get in their way! I am excited to read the other brother’s stories! This was a great start to the series! HEA, plenty of spice and safe.

So this book was an okay read. I have to say it was written well but honestly just wasn’t my thing because I always cringe with the “Daddy” thing. That’s just not my cup of tea but may be for someone else.

I loved this story! Ella arrives in Bourbon Falls to work for Ace. He sees her and is instantly attracted and obsessed with Ella. She crushes on him, but believes that him being her boss will prevent them from being together. Only wish there had been a little more courting, dating and spoiling.
