Deep dive into Crypto and Technical Analysis on Investing and trading
Read this book with little knowledge of crypto currency or the concept of trading in Bitcoin or altcoin currency. The problem with reading this book is the assumption that the reader has a knowledge of Bitcoin, blockchain and a desire to invest. As I had no intention of learning too much more of my cursory knowledge about Bitcoin and little to no knowledge of blockchain I did not appear to be the target audience. I read a lot of books. I read to learn. I don’t necessarily need to know everything. I just enjoy reading to gain knowledge. Reading this book was hard. The technical portion is dense. It is filled with incredible information, charts and data. Half of the book is a glossary and bibliography. Interesting read but not for those just beginning their crypto currency journey.
I've read a couple of books on charting and technical trading. While I lean towards investing and using fundamental analysis, I appreciate the information in this book for several reasons. The author's writing style is very straightforward and easy to understand. The clarity of communicating is further enhanced by many illustrative charts. The numerous resource links/hyperlinks are really invaluable and are very useful. A family member has been encouraging me to learn more about cryptocurrencies. While I'm not yet ready to start trading in crypto, I feel this book has the sort of information and linked resources to get me started.
This book is like a good starting point for further enhancing your crypto investing skills. It doesn't cover any technological aspect of crypto but does arm you with a bunch of resources
I have read other crypto books and the difference with this book is that it really takes the time to explain what it takes. An excellent read and highly recommended!!
