The Nurturing Center is facility where littles can go to start over from a deeply regressed stage. When they’re ready, they are matched up with caregivers who live in the gated community behind The Center, a safe place reserved strictly for age play.
Emmy has been sleeping under an overpass. She lives for the one day each week when the kind doctor who makes her heart race brings her food and checks on her. When he suggests that she might enjoy a different kind of lifestyle and offers to take her to The Nurturing Center to find herself, she eagerly jumps at the opportunity, hoping every day that the doctor will eventually claim her as his own.
Dr. Radcliff has been keeping his eye on Emmy for a while, uncertain if she has a little inside her. He’s beyond pleased when he tells her about The Center and she agrees to let him take her there. He visits her as often as he can during her transition, hoping that as she finds her inner little she will decide she wants to forge a life with him and make him the luckiest man alive.
The books in this series include thorough medical examinations as well as strong elements of age play, including diapers, bottle feedings, spankings, and other forms of discipline. If these aspects of age play offend you, this may not be the book or series for you.
I really love the idea behind this series but the actual execution comes off a little brainwashy to me. In both books the girls weren't fully told what would happen at the center before the essentially signed their life away which to me leans more towards cult vs nurturing center. I like other aspects of the book it's just hard not to see the similarities in some of their tactics, like windowless rooms where they don't know the day/time. I'll probably still read the next book since it's already out but I don't think I'll be keeping track of any future installments of the series.
If you know me… no you don’t. To any of my usual followers this is probably more kinky and taboo than you probs want. This feels like the dirty wild stuff you accusingly find on A03… and then you keep reading. Anyways this has hard age play and a lot of embarrassment wrapped up in it. Personally I have come to enjoy this weird stuff (no kink shaming in this house) but please be warned that this is extremely out there and definitely not for everyone (or even most people)!
Emmy has been sleeping rough under an overpass and her bright light in all of that is the one day per week when the kind doctor brings her food and checks on her. When he suggests that she might enjoy a different kind of lifestyle and offers to take her to The Nurturing Centre she eagerly jumps at the opportunity hoping every day that the doctor will claim her as his own. Dr Radcliff has been keeping an eye on Emmy uncertain if she is a hidden little and so he is ecstatic when she agrees for him to take her to The Centre. He visits her often during her transition hoping that she will want to forge a new life with him to make him the luckiest man alive.
The Nurturing Centre is a special facility where littles can go to start over from a deeply regressed stage and then when they are ready they are matched up with caregivers who live in the gated community behind the centre which is a safe place reserved for age play. I enjoyed this story with the caring Dr who cared for her from her tough days to her new future culminating with a commitment forever. Contains mature content containing a BDSM DDLG relationship with the items associated with a young age so diapers, bottles, a paci and some medical procedures.
Emmy by Paige Michaels is the second book in The Nurturing Center series and it really tugged on my heartstrings! Emmy and Dr. William Radcliff put me through the wringer in the best possible way, as I was hooked from start to finish, hungry for more of this story that was about so much, including the power of acceptance.
Emmy hasn't had it easy, and to be seen, to be wanted, to be desired, for who she is and the potential of who she could be with the right support and care, well, it was beautiful to watch!
And Dr. Radcliff is a delight, dedicated and driven and focused and wanting only the best for the person that became his whole world with a single glance, stern when needed, and always giving and caring; it definitely delivered a SWOON!
All in all, an endearing and charming story, all about being yourself, feeling safe and loved and secure in the happiness life can bring you!

I loved Emmy and Dr. Radcliff’s sweet story 💖 Emmy is a young homeless woman, who lives under a bridge, with other homeless people. Dr. Radcliff visits Emmy often and brings her food. He suspects she’s a little, so he convinces her to try The Nurturing Center. A place where adult littles can start over, with complete age regression, starting from infancy. Once they make it through that stage, littles can experiment with other age ranges, and the goal is to be adopted. It turns out Dr. Radcliff is right, Emmy is a little. They get attached to each other, and Dr. Radcliff adopts Emmy. It’s really intriguing to read about their dynamic, routine and the insecurities Emmy overcomes because she loves Dr. Radcliff….her new Daddy 💜 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK 💙
The Nurturing Center is the best place for Littles to go and find their true self. Through regression girls who are lucky enough to go get the love and attention they have missed most of their lives, and at the end of their time they have the opportunity to get adopted by their forever family. Emmy is an orphan who has lived on the streets off and on since she aged out of the system. When Dr. Radcliff first see her sleeping under an overpass he just knew she was his 'little' girl. Convincing Emmy to do a do-over is his mission. I love getting lost in the pages of Paige Michaels' wonderful tales. paige-michaels
This series is f’ed up…very bad vibe. All the concepts of ddlg go out the window. LGs basically sign a contract to join a cult which they can never leave. They also don’t know what they’re signing up for because it is only explained in vague terms like “you will start your life over” “you will get a new beginning”. Turns out they really to start over quite literally because they are forced to go back to being babies even though they don’t want to regress all the way back to that age. They are given(forced) drugged formula that basically puts them to sleep after they have it and forced to use diapers.
I’ve read a lot of ddlg books, this series is the only one that makes my skin crawl and screams pedo.
Emmy is homeless and currently sleeping in a small homeless camp under the overpass. Dr. William Radcliff has had his eye on her for a while because her eyes do not have the same look in them as the older people do. He sees a natural submissive and a Little in her too. As they are eating the sandwiches that Dr Radcliff brought with him, he talks to Emmy about what he can offer her by going to the Nurturing Center. He tries to explain it and says that if she is really interested, he can let Dr Farwell to explain it more. This is another easy to read book about regression and starting all over in a new life.
I read an early review copy of this book for an honest review.
Dr. Radcliff sees something in Emmy. He knows that she's the one for him. What he doesn't know is, is he the one for her?
Emmy loves it when Dr. Radcliff comes to visit. She's been alone for a while and loves the special attention. When Dr. Radcliff offers her a special chance, will she end up with him?
I loved this second book in The Nurturing Center series. Dr. Radcliff knows right off the bat that Emmy is the one for him. Emmy thinks she wants him but doesn't truly understand until she gets to the Center. Dr. Radcliff is there for her every step of the way while Emmy finds herself. I can't wait for the next book. This series is getting better and better! 🖤
Emmy surprised me with how much heart it carries beneath its unconventional premise. Paige Michaels writes Emmy with vulnerability and honesty, making her journey feel deeply personal rather than sensationalized. The story leans heavily on emotional healing, trust, and chosen safety, and that’s where it shines most. While this book won’t be for everyone, readers who appreciate psychological depth and unconventional paths to comfort and belonging will find themselves unexpectedly invested in Emmy’s transformation.
The Nurturing Center is a new series from Daddy/Little author Paige Michaels. Emmy is a young lass taken into the nurturing center as a down-on-her-luck youngster. She is nursed back to health and is under the care of Doctor Farwell, the center's head doctor. His job is to make sure all the Littles are in peak health so they can be "adopted" by their forever family. The story is beautifully written, emotional and heart warming. Highly recommended read.
Emmy is a sweet little homeless woman who is attracted to a "kind" doctor. When he invites her to the nurturing clinic she goes for it. I thought the doctors did a good job explaining what her "new life" would be like, so when the care began she wasn't so scared. Paige's characters are so well developed; you really get a sense of what they're thinking and feeling. An enjoyable read!
I read the first book in this series and it is alright. But this one is wonderful. The characters and The Nurturing Centre come alive, a place that you want to be. I loved poor sweet Emmy and reading about her growth. But the character of Dr Radcliff is the one who makes this story. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book and I very highly recommend it. Now this series is coming alive.
Loved this book it was great, the story with Emmy and the way she was living was amazingly written. A knight in shining armour swoops her up and takes her back to the nurturing center, he sees something in her and he will help her in every possible way. Emmy is homeless will she learn to trust Dr. William Radclif enough for him to explain and teach all about the Nurturing Center.
What stood out to me most in Emmy was the concept of The Nurturing Center as a controlled environment for rebuilding a fractured sense of self. Paige Michaels frames regression as a response to trauma rather than a gimmick, which adds an interesting psychological layer to the narrative. The pacing is steady, the caregiving dynamic is clearly defined, and the emotional arc remains consistent. It’s a bold story that commits fully to its premise, and that confidence carries the book.
This book is very clear about what it is and who it’s for, and I appreciated that transparency. Emmy explores regression and care dynamics in a way that’s focused more on structure, routine, and emotional grounding than shock value. Paige Michaels maintains a consistent tone throughout and builds the relationship slowly, which helped the story feel intentional rather than rushed. If you enjoy niche romance with strong boundaries and emotional themes, this one delivers exactly what it promises.
I really enjoy the series. I am glad Emmy found her forever home after being homeless and in and out of foster homes. She deserved the best. I enjoyed the age play aspect of it all, and the introduction of the gated community aspects. It really brought something to the book. But I preferred if there was a little more action of her adjusting
I loved that Emmy started out knowing of Dr Radcliff because she was homeless. I am so glad that he found her and took her to the Nurturing Center. I also loved that from the beginning Emmy knew she wanted to go home with Dr Radcliff. I liked these two and thought it was sweet that he was the one to show her so many new things. I received an ARC and am leaving my honest and voluntary review.
Love comes in many forms and in so many different ways! I cant begin to describe love other than profound. Love between two people cannot be denied! These stories remind you that no matter what life shows you or how you are made, there is a sweet and forever kind of love out there for you!
Well written story. I don't know that I approve of the way Emmy is handled but that's not the point, is it? The story speaks of young people that fail to thrive as adults. The Nurturing Center gives a few of them a chance to find happiness by living as a younger self. They start over. There is a happy ending that I would love to see continued.
This story is fabulous. I loved Emmy and Dr. Radcliff. He was so sweet to help the homeless each week. Emmy needed his help so very much. I enjoyed how the relationship developed between them. This series just keeps getting better.
Paige Michaels did it again! Created another sweet little and a super adorable daddy. These two fit together so well and he is so sweet with Emmy it just melts your heart. I already want so much more from this series because it’s just so good. Happy reading!!
This was a good read as always. I do love Paige Michaels. But this wasn't one of my favorites. The lg was too tame and scared of being in trouble. She accepted being a little weirdly well for someone not a part of that lifestyle.
The Nurturing Center is a safe haven for littles to explore the dynamic. Emmy is homeless and sleeps under the overpass when Dr. William Radcliff meets her and takes her to The Nurturing Center for her to start all over and he ends up falling head over heels for little Emmy.
Emmy was homeless living under a underpass. At first She was able to find work and feed herself. This is where Dr. Radcliffe found her & would share a meal with her. Then one day Dr. Radcliffe offered Emmy a new life.
Awe, Dr Radcliff and Emmy are precious together!! He saved her from being homeless and it was definitely a transition for her but it worked out on the end!! I loved how emotional he got when she finally called him Daddy!
