This is an utterly amazing book. It's game changing. I'm not sure if it'll help me become a millionaire because the idea seems so far fetched for this working class boy. But I totally understand how it's possible AND that I have the skills to do it.
I do (and teach) a process very similar to this, so I figured I’d buy this book and see what different twists this guy has on it. I’m glad I did, because I had been thinking that my stuff was exactly the same as his and Rick Valentine (Paid to Get Paid—wish I had thought of that name!)’s, (not to mention Eric Thayne (the Mighty Offers guy), too). But it’s not. All these guys are specifically working on making as much money as possible, whereas my approach comes more from the angle of establishing your authority as THE expert on what you do and becoming a bestselling author from your client-attracting book. I talk about putting the book on Amazon; they sell it on your own website so you can make all the upsells and offers and stuff. That’s cool. I’ve actually been kicking around the idea of adding that approach to what I teach, because it is a lot easier to make money that way. It’s the way I built my business, in fact. Not that I set out to do it that way; more like I bumbled into it.
Anyway, this book, I actually wanted for months before I bought it, but the checkout is one of those pain-in-the-ass two-step order forms, so I couldn’t tell if he takes PayPal or I’d have to actually get my wallet and get out my credit card, and then I could never remember what it’s called because the cover is illegible and the design has nothing to do with what the book is about. I thought about it many times, but always as “wth was that mountain thing? I think I wanted it???”
Now that I finally got it, I’ve found it to be an inspiring, informative read. The organization left me feeling a little like I needed to re-file everything I read in a more orderly way in my mind before I could move on. But still, I’d say it’s a good book, and I’m glad I bought the order bump. I’ve already tried out four of this guy’s ad templates, and two are doing well for me.
