Yet another great addition to this emotionally charged, character driven series from the awesome story telling talents of Armand Rosamilia and Mark Tufo.

Excellent

Life is getting real intense in the good old US of A. This book has tons of action. There is also some betrayal, happy reunions, a bit of tomfoolery, and a few hints of romance. Great story. I can't wait to read the next one.

I really enjoyed this book, and the entire series. The only reason this ended up with four stars is the ending. I wasn’t satisfied. It felt rushed and incomplete, rather than as well crafted as the rest of the trilogy. Honestly, there was so much more than could have been done with this, many more books. It felt like Tufo and Rosamilia simply wanted to wrap it up. Can’t fault them entirely, this being a collaboration, but still the ending felt less than it should have been, after the great quality of the rest of the trilogy.

LOVED THIS SERIES BUT NEED CLOSURE

This was a great series. This is one of my first readings in this genre. Loved the characters especially Mike and his nervous dialogues. I need closure for how the invasion end hoping for an ousting of the invaders as well as Herbert, BT, John and Darlene.

Good fun

Apart from the ludicrous suggestion Italy would supply more military than the UK (Irish American author syndrome) its an enjoyable read a load of nonsense of course but the Mike charecter and dog good for a laugh

Love it!!

This series is fantastic! I think Darlene may be one of my favorite characters now! I had thought this was going to be the last book, so glad to see it's left room for more to come!

Could tell he was a General by his stripes? A Captain replying “yes sir” to a First Sergeant?

That total lack of military knowledge and apparent ambivalence towards research is astounding.

Would be 1 star if not for Tufo.

I despise cliffhangers

If you hate cliffhangers as much as I do, then you will have the same bittersweet feelings as I do. In some ways it’s a really fun read, but the cliffhangers are just lazy writing as far as I’m concerned and this book in the series leaves you with two. Ugh!

Great Series Well Worth Reading or Listening Too if You Purchase the Audiobook. Sean Runnette Does an Amazing Job on All Of Mark Tufo's Versions in Audiobook Format Only Drawback is That Due To differences Between The Authors This Series Ends with This Book Leaving The Story Unfinished

Good!

LOVE the characters, and the plot is getting so interesting! I am enjoying WWIII on American soil and what that might look like. I hope this story continues soon.
