If you're an artist creating with Holy Spirit inspirations, or if that's what you want to do, this book could be helpful for you. There are many examples of artists (including musicians) getting positive feedback from people viewing and experiencing their art for healing and other purposes. This includes both worship service art, and private prophetic art creation.

The text seemed a bit nebulous at times and I had an issue with the use of the term, "DNA" - it seemed like a scientific term being used as a metaphor; I thought it could be misinterpreted. In general, for me Matt Tommey comes across best in his videos and podcasts, but this book still will occupy a special place in my artist's heart. I'm glad I read it and intend to read his other books as well.

I joined his mentoring program for artists. I respect what he's doing to encourage and educate Christian artists. The mentoring program helps me stay active and motivated in art inventory production.

Logical purposeful writing is not the only kind of writing that bears information to the reader. Instead an exploration of a context or situation that includes unknowns and the unknowable can be very helpful in its own right.
This book clarifies my situation with my art: animation. It is timely for me at this point in my career as a prophetic artist, in order to provide a context that justifies my animation, that otherwise could be dismissed for not having church authority, as well as dismissed by secular audiences for having religious material.
I greatly appreciate this book and Matt Tommey’s ongoing fulfilment of his mission. I look forward to completing my reading of his other books.

Plagiarism ... But badly

He rips off many of the key points of Art and Faith by Mako, but he has neither Mako's style nor his eloquence. I learned nothing , gained nothing, appreciate no part of this book. What a shame to drag Faith into this mess of plagiarism and self indulgence.

Inspiring and Informative

I look forward to co-creating with God even more now! I’ve followed Matt Tommey for quite some time so I’ve heard lots of these concepts at various times but it was helpful to read them all as a cohesive whole.
