The storyline starts out slow. It seems to pick up pace, however all the plot twists it starts to venture down NEVER seem to finish. They all are left open and your left hanging wondering what happened. There are a lot of different paths the story could have ventured down and started to. I feel this book was left very UNFINISHED. Even the ending was slightly left unfinished. Which wouldn’t be terrible if the books in the series were intertwined and finished off the book before it. However, you can read each one as a stand alone, so the story should have had finished twists and not open ended ones.

I think this series should be read in order so the reader knows what is happening. The writeup said these could be read ad standalones, but I found I was confused a lot of the time.

The premise of this story is a female is invited to a party that’s put on once a year by the Alpha of the temptation pack. Invitations are sought by everyone and theyre guaranteed a wonderful experience.

There is mystery surrounding the parties and the heroine is invited three years in a row but has no memory of the events of the night past the initial entrance and start pf the party.

The mystery of what really happens at the party, who is a good person vs who is bad etc and ultimately what us going on amongst the leaders of various packs is what keeps the reader going.

Im not sure that i will continue reading as it was a meh

Unnecessary & meaningless mystery. I skipped reading after chapter 32.
Not at all worth reading. The initial chapters will keep the readers intrigued with the mystery but gradually it will be one too boring & repetitive. It seems the author herself was not sure how to go on with the mystery trail that she started. The ending is also abrupt & without any definite answer.
Overall it's just a waste of time.

Great story line. Seems to cram a lot of big ideas and scenes into little sentences. I felt as reader there wasn’t a very good time description of how events flowed so quickly but weeks have actually passed, could have made for a longer book. Not your typical werewolf/shifter orientation and involves other immortal beings.
Was still a captivating read and brilliant plot twists.
