Some good stuff but not overly practical

I found that there were genuinely some moments in this where it really made me stop and think. However, lots of repetition and the exercises are so numerous and in depth that I can only imagine a tiny number of people doing even a small percentage of them.

When I first began I didn’t think I’d like this book because parts felt “basic” for me - but I ended up falling in love with this book and Nicky’s own vulnerability and how it was shared not from a place of memoir, but from a place of empowered vulnerability

A really great read, although it has taken me a few weeks to digest and get through. It's one of them books that needs to be read a few time's and some of the exercises will not work for everyone. I would say to read this book when you have plenty of time to read and do the exercises like being at college or school.
