I've been an avid reader my whole life and love the way books can change the way we look at life. Writing was something I've always kept a secret until I fully committed to writing about my journey through mental health issues. The result was Taming Crazy - Confessions and Lessons
I'm currently writing the follow up to Taming Crazy.

I was born and raised in South Wales, UK, and moved to Canada with my family when I was a teenager. I spend my time with my husband and 2 rescue dogs and live in Calgary, Alberta and the Okanagan valley, British Columbia, Canada.
