Helpful guide for parents

As a parent to 2 highly sensitive children my day can feel like the stress never ends. This book has given me new awareness and some really helpful tips. The book discusses art therapy, which since we started it with my youngest has been a game changer. The book also discusses viewing routines in a different way and letting go of.multitasking. This book has eased the stress in our house.
