Okay, here’s the thing. I really love this series and have read it multiple times as a comfort re-read.

HOWEVER.

There are some things about this universe that just don’t make sense. These people are wild shifters who have never lived in human society but somehow know what condoms are/berate themselves for not carrying them??And they know about IKEA?? In the earlier books they mentioned human alphas and omegas but later it seemed like only shifters have OBO dynamics.

ALSO.

I don’t understand how the MMCs know they are fated mates???? It seems like they just decided they were?? Whatever, I honestly just went with it. I wish there had been a light bulb moment (like a scent match or something) when they “recognized” each other.


Despite all this I really enjoyed this series and found it comforting. I love low angst, anxiety free books and I’ve read this whole series several times.

Pack of Brothers

I originally read these books separately, but was so entranced by them that I had to purchase the box set. This series starts off with three wolf shifter brothers - Dax, Hugo and Sage, as they leave their home pack and strike out to find territory of their own and, hopefully, their fated mates. Along the way, they meet a variety of shifters and their little pack soon grows in the most unique ways. Predator and prey living together and forging a new family, finding love, overcoming obstacles, and proving that it's what's on the inside that counts. Low angst and medium heat, these books are full of adventure, humor, snarky banter, and plenty of instalove. I absolutely loved these and would definitely recommend them. Can't wait to start the follow-up series, which focuses on the kids growing up. 👍

cute series

I read the heirs first then came back to this one. both series are really good for a light read with low angst and decent, light steam. this was a nice escape from reality. i will reread again at some point, even though there were a couple things that could've used another edit. one, Dr Pine became Dr Pyne? two, series began with shifters retaining their clothes in a shift then switched to ripping their clothes in a shift about halfway through. three, Nero could swim in a freshwater river as a saltwater shark? not big things overall but consistency would've been nice.

Delightful. The faith the three wolves had in each other to strike out on their own was exciting! I found all the omegas to be absolutely wonderfully fierce warriors. I liked how the alphas stepped up when needed. This was a fun eclectic group of people who kept their loyalty to their animals without being species snobs. Fun stories, great adventures. Their young were delightful. Excellent collection. I read the stories about their children first and just had to read about their parents. I'll reread the Pack of Heirs for the continuity. Excellent bundle. Well done!

Really, Really Enjoyed!
I thoroughly all the books in this bundle. To see reviews of each book look under the individual titles. I love the concept of mixed matings. These couples overcame adversity and other problems to become a large extended yet still close knit family. Do you love mpreg, omegaverse, adventures, poignancy, and humor? This bundle is definitely for you.
You have the chance to also enjoy the spin-off series.

🌟 An Absolutely Fantastic Series!

This series was so much fun to read! I laughed, cried, cheered and sighed. Hawke Oakley knows how to weave interesting, unique characters with difficult challenges that lead to beautiful love connections between fated mates...and of course adorable babies. I know I'll be reading these again because this is already my third time through, just my first time with them in a bundle. A wonderful Pack/Family to join!
