Absolute Collapse

Rate this book
After the darkness comes the fall.

There were only a few things worse than the end of the world, and to Mel, one of those things was being followed by her insane ex-boyfriend. With Elijah still hunting Mel, there wasn’t much she and her companions could do other than lock themselves away and wait.

When Elijah sends Mel a message that he’s still out there, they know they need to act before things get worse. But it isn’t just him they need to worry about. The other survivors will stop at nothing to get what they need to live.

Now, the situation must be handled once and for all before they are the ones that end up losing their lives.

New obstacles, emotional moments, and the will to survive are all elements found in this book! Mel continues to struggle with the fact that Elijah is still out there watching and waiting for the opportunity to kidnap her. Sam is recovering from Elijah’s first attack and desperately trying to find a way to get back to her daughter. Erik is maintaining a level head and doing his best to keep everyone alive while Dorian is hoping to stay hidden from his abusive dad. New arrivals bring more helping hands as well as trouble.

Mel and her band of survivors must overcome major obstacles and find a way to reunite Sam with her daughter. Will they make it to Sam’s daughter? Will Elijah win and destroy all that Mel loves? I can’t wait to read the next book in this series! I was lucky enough to receive an ARC copy of the novel!

Absolutely enjoying this series! There’s action aplenty, twists, turns and a well developed plot. the characters are well written, flaws included and their actions keep you turning the page. Cannot wait to see what other surprises this author has in store.

Not at all predictable. A very interesting twist on an apocalypse series. I was sorry one of the most interesting people got killed off.

Interesting Story

What would we do if a solar storm hit earth? No power, and no running cars. It wouldn’t be long before people started getting desperate

Good But Repetitive

I do.enjoy this series . It's a good story. The only problem I have is that they constantly talk about the same thing repeatedly. They talk a lot about doing something but rarely do they do anything.

Constant Dithering

Christ ! The characters are getting more and more annoying, dithering around , should we, shouldn't we, can we can't we ,just make a decision and stick to it, God knows if they will make it to the daughter ,she might be better off without them!

It's like I don't know if I like the book/series or not but I can't stop reading it. It's intriguing. The characters are sort of annoying but you just get attached to them. I'm going to continue with the series.

3.5 It was good, but I'm stopping here. Can't handle the whole stalker thing. Also can't handle stupid heroines.
