This story between Nathan and Brenna is light, a little fun, and very romantic with a slight edge
I love it


I can tell you this, though I will recommend this to everyone, and if you are looking for something short and the words flow so easily.
This is your book.

I have read 2 of her books now FORGET ME NOT and Angel In the Dark.
So, with that being said this book is so brilliantly written and one that you should own.
I hope very soon there will be more about Nathan and Brenna.

This was a very short and cute read! If you need a quick pallet cleanser this would definitely work. It took me an hour or less to read it and it left me wanting more! Even though the book was short there was still good character development. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Brenna Roberts is a quiet thirty-four-year-old supermarket worker surrounded by twenty-five-year-olds. Her best friend, Maggie, convinced her to go out to a dance club. Brenna decided to let go just this once and have fun. While out on the floor, her crush and manager, Nathan Daniels, danced with her and might have given her her first kiss. Thankfully, he did not know it was her. Workers at the supermarket were not supposed to date. She could not risk her job despite how much stress it put on her leg. She would forget about her first kiss because nothing could come out of it.

Nathan could not forget the woman he kissed at the dance club. After working closely with Brenna, he realized that she was that woman. Nathan had always liked Brenna and knew she had a crush on him. Can he get her to disregard the rules and take a chance on love? This short novella has so much in it. Readers will be immersed into the lives of the characters. This writer does a great job with this novella.

Crush by Krys Rayne is a short "supermarket" romance. In this story we meet Brenna and Nathan who share a steamy kiss in the darkness at a nightclub. She knows exactly who he is, her manager from the supermarket. She has been crushing on him for some time, but he never seems to notice her. Nathan knew exactly who she was and can't stop thinking about that fiery kiss. It is against company policy to date co-workers, but his desire is strong.

This was a delightful little story with a bit of spice, a bit of drama, and a happily ever after. This was a great read if you want to escape life for an hour or two!

A cute, quick read. Brenna and Nathan share a steamy kiss in the club one night. But when she realizes it's her boss that's kissing her, she flees. He's determined to have her. It's a short novella that's well written. It's a great read that you can get through fairly quickly.
