Roommates #1

Stripteased

Rate this book
After being dumped at a strip club during my bachelorette party, I never expected to be rescued by four hot-as-sin men who work there.

One moment, I’m staring at the gorgeous twin strippers up on stage. The next, I’m reading a devastating text from my fiancé. I moved across the country for that jerk, and now I have nowhere to go.

Then four men step in to dry my tears. They invite me to the house they share and take care of me. I should be mourning the end of my engagement, but instead I’m mesmerized by my new roommates. They strip me of my defenses and tease me with their incredible bodies.

Austin and Denver, the twin stripping sensations, have identical ripped physiques but opposite personalities. Tonio, the tall, dark, and handsome bartender, is working his way through business school. And Knox, the bouncer, is a mountain of a man whose quiet demeanor hides deep thoughts.

They’re all different, but united on one front: they’re in no hurry for me to leave. It sounds crazy, but I feel more at home with these men than I ever did with my ex. Being in their arms and in their beds awakens sensations and feelings I've never experienced. Soon the exhilaration turns into something more for all of us.

Then an unexpected opportunity for the twins threatens to separate the men I love. Can I find the strength to keep us all together?

This is a full-length, steamy reverse harem romance featuring four amazing men you’ll fall in love with. No cheating. No cliffhangers. But definitely a happy ending.

This was sweet.
I really enjoyed how the relationships developed with each of them.
The teasing and the tension and the games and the dancing were all so fun, and sexy, and sort of adorable at times.

I liked the simplicity of the plot, the main focus being their budding relationships.
I did enjoy the sex scenes that we got. This was a slower burn so they didn’t happen very fast, and there was a lot of teasing and playing before it actually happened, but it was good when it did.
There was a group scene, that’s the only real sex scene of the book, but it didn’t involve any DP, and the two times that Emma gave oral was either a fade to black moment or vague enough that it might as well have been and then it actually did.
So the sex was steamy and passionate, but it was mostly cut off at some of the good parts.

Still, I really enjoyed this book. I liked the pacing and everything. The guys were all different personalities, and had different passions but were a fun group when they got together.

I’m not sure if I’ll read more from this author but I’ll definitely be looking at some blurbs and thinking about it.
Hopefully some of her other books have less fade to black moments.

Their Bashful Blushing Blonde

I laughed and cried reading this. There's definitely a LOT more laughing as the relationships build between Emma and her rescuers. They know how to be silly and keep things light, but they can also be serious when appropriate.

As awful as the way that Emma learns that her engagement is over, I love how she just breaks loose when the shock sinks in. Even more, I love that Knox, Denver, Tonio, and Austin were there to literally pick up the pieces.

I wanted her—I couldn’t imagine any man not wanting her. She was sweet and kind. She was perpetually upbeat, even after her whole world had turned upside down. And despite doing God knows what with the twins, she still seemed rather innocent.
-- Knox

Oh, the gentle giant that is Knox is possibly my favorite of the guys. They are all wonderful, but this man has struggled in ways the others can't even imagine. He speaks to my soul.

It really is a fun, slow burn of a read. I like the setup for the next book and look forward to reading it soon.

This was a miss for me…. I felt absolutely no chemistry between the characters. And it seemed really odd to me that she couldn’t find a job?! Like she couldn’t do retail or something menial to help out?!!?!
I really wanted to love this one, it had such phenomenal potential, but a big miss.

This was a quick, steamy why choose story and I loved every moment of it! This is the second book that I have read by Stephanie Brother and I think this author is slowly becoming an auto buy for me. Every story that I have read from this author so far just makes me want to read more of the stories that this author has published and will publish in the future. I discovered this author when I slowly felt myself going into a slump and these stories are what I needed at the time to pull me out of it. What I was not expecting from this series is that they are all interconnected standalones but I love that aspect because we get to continue to read about our favorite characters throughout the series. I loved to see that Maddie's book is next because I loved the friendship that she has with Emma. I loved to see the sneak peek that we got in this book of what situation she will be facing in her book, it made me intrigued to read on to the next book. What I loved the most about this story is that we got to see the different connections that Emma made with each man and how each man helped her heal from the situation she was facing in the beginning of the story.

This was a cute and fun read! I really liked the blurb and it sounded like it would be an enjoyable palette cleanser type of read and it was.

The characters were all solid and i enjoyed their interactions. There wasn’t too much in terms of backstory, but we got to see more present interactions at least.

The climax is hinted at in the blurb and i was glad it wasn’t angst city or a break up. There was no OW drama which I’m always grateful for and no MM.

The one downfall for me is that I would’ve like to see her confront her dumb ex or at least deal with it with the guys once. Even just bump into him at the grocery store, idk. We don’t even know what his full text said, which is fine because we know what happened, but i just wanted her to have her moment, however subtle it might’ve been.

Fun and cute read though!

StripTeased is Roommate Reverse Harem Romance. Emma is having the bachelorette party from hell. Not does she get dump thru text by her jerk of fiancé, but her new friends left her at the strip club. That is where Austin, Denver, Tonio, and Knox founds her passed out. They tried to wake her, but they couldn’t. So they take her home since they found her fiancé text. The next morning Emma wakes up to reality and she doesn’t know where she is until Denver shows up. And inform her the rest of the guys are downstairs waiting on her but to take her time. When she shows up downstairs she finds Denver and Austin the stripper from last night, Tonio bartender and Knox the bouncer. They all for the strip club and now they are all offer her a place to stay while she figures things out. It is fun to watch their personality to come out and for each of them to get to know one other. Their journey together is incredible and everything that happens at the end is there perfect HEA.

StripTeased has incredible characters. Stephanie Brother gives us a wonderful reverse harem. Emma and her guys are stronger together. They are the family that each are looking for. And Knox is everyone big giant who has a heart of gold. I hope Maddie story is next for all she did to help to Emma.

Great

Emma has moved to a new state and was setting be married but on the night of her Bachelorette party she's dumped. Tonio, Denver, Austin and Knox all work at a strip club, Tonio works as the bartender, Knox is a bouncer and twins Austin and Denver dance.  The guys see her upset and offer her help. Now Emma is leaving with four very hot and attractive men. What will happen when the pull to all men is too strong? Can there be a happy medium with this many people in a relationship?  Will there be a HEA?

When Emma moves across the United States with her fiancé Clint she thinks she has found her Prince Charming. While at her bachelorette party, Clint breaks off their engagement by text. She is left in shock and drinks to numb herself and ends up passes out at a strip club. She is saved by a bouncer (Knox) a bartender (Tonio) and stripper twins (Austin and Denver.) When she wakes up she is in a strange bed in a strange house. What will Emma do when she is given the opportunity to stay with four caring men?

I absolutely loved this story, and all the characters. I loved the interaction between Emma, Austin, Denver, Tonio, and Knox.

This story is more than a steamy novel it is a story of acceptance and finding your place. When Emma is pushed down so much she begins to believe these lies and it take four men to show her who she really is and I loved her ability to change for herself. She is a strong heroine and she saves her men as much as they save her.

Being a nerd I loved the references of Marvel, Star Wars and Family Guy….

This was such a sweet read. Emma’s story was just so lovely - as were the gorgeous 4 roommates who took her under their wing. Each man was delicious, sexy and sweet and the way they cared for Emma, and helped each other reach for their dreams, was a delight to read.

StripTeased

Moving with your fiancé across the country to live with his parents. Giving up your own life for what Emma thought was going to be a new start but barely a week goes by before it blows up in her face. She is celebrating at her bridal shower she didn’t even want but was forced to go to at a strip club. She’s not enjoying being there but becomes aware of the sexy bartender Tonio, the twin stripper gods Denver and Austin with their huge packages and Knox the quiet bouncer. While celebrating she gets a text from her fiancé breaking up with her for his high school sweetheart. The girls that came all leave her behind at the club so what do you do get plastered of course. At closing the guys all realize they have a passed out straggler trying to find her info they come across the text. They decide to bring her home.
Emma wakes up in a strange room with a hangover. She decides to grab clothes from whose room she’s in. She goes downstairs to find the 4 guys from the strip club.
They offer her a place to stay until she can decide what to do.
I loved the procession of all their relationships. They encouraged her to follow her dream of becoming a writer and she in return helped them grow their bond stronger. She fell for each one for separate reasons and slowly developed loving relationships with them all. They wanted her but at first she felt strange for having feelings for them all. They eased her mind that they could share her.
There are some twists and hiccups but they do end up all together.
I definitely give this 5/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do not read this book if you are in a not so romantic relationship. It points out what you're missing. OR Read this book if you and your partner get excited by really great writing. The writing is AMAZING! The way Emma catches each guys good qualities is wonderful. The heat was more romantic than an all out gang-bang. Why have one lover when you can have more? Why have one soul mate when you can have multi? This book is sweet while being Scorching hot at the same time.

This was my first book by this author and I was intrigued. Most reverse harem stories I have read are quite intense sexually and this one was not. Don't get me wrong there was certainly excitement between the sheets, but it wasn't the basis of the story. I very much liked that there was more plot to this book than lots of others in the same genre. It didn't seem superficial on the connection as characters which was a big plus.

Emma had moved to a new state with her fiancé so he could be in his hometown and they could start their new life. A week after they moved, her soon to be sister-in-law took her to s strip club for her bachelorette party and she found out during the night that her fiancé called off the wedding.....over a text message!! As crappy as that was, she ended up getting brought home with four guys from the club as they didn't know who to call to get her in her drunken state.

When Emma woke up in an unfamiliar place, she was met with four guys she never thought she's see again. They all had wanted to help her out and offered her a place to stay until she got on her feet. Of course it ended up working out that she never left and things changed between them all. It was nice to have a book with men who were patient and didn't push things too fast. Although there were times I wish it went a bit faster and farther, lol. I think some of my favorite parts were Knox and the daily hugs and when the guys played the floor is lava with Emma.

When I found out there was more in this series, I went right o the next book!

Hot scenes still a good plot

Reverse Harem books maybe one that I have a weakness for, because there is not a moment in the day a women with multiple men worshipping her that she could feel neglected. This story is thankfully not all sex all the time, there are a few scenes here and ther but mainly there is an actual storyline. Four men and one women seems like a lot and the way that things evolve through the book is something that has a slight possibility of being pausible. I did enjoy hearing the multiple points of view and the way that the men take care of Emma throughout the book. I have to say that this book as some hot explict scenes and that it is actually a sweet on a lot of levels. This book is a quick read that can be read in just a couple of hours. I have to give this book 4 out of 5 stars because it's not a great book but it is a good book for a quick read with some hot explict scenes. Which brings us to the pepper rating, this particular book is around a Serrano/Mazano Pepper when the scenes do play out. The scenes are hot but not melt your panties off and beg for a cold shower hot.

I recommend this book to those who like erotica and reverse harem books. If that isn't up your alley then I have to recommend you stay away from this book. Although unlike some erotica books this one actually has substance and a plot. Which is something that I have to recommend.

I hope this helps you find your next Tantalizing Tome.

Emma and her fiance have just moved back to his hometown. Emma left behind her home, job and friends to be with him. His sister is throwing her a bridal shower at a strip club. It isn't really Emma's scene and she is surrounded by women she doesn't know. There are acouple of hot twin dancers who are hot to watch. During the show, her fiance send her a text message breaking up with her because he has gotten back together with his high school girl friend. Emma is devasted by his callous behavior and has no place to go since they were staying at his parents house. She gets so drunk, she passes out on a table at the club. At the end of the night, the twin dancers and their friends try to wake her up with no luck. When they check her phone for a contact number, they see the break-up text. Feeling bad for her, they bring her home for the night.

They next day they offer her a place to stay while she gets back on her feet. She just has to help them out with chores in the house like grocery shopping. Emma quickly learns that the four friends are the best friends that she had ever had. Besides that each one is more hot than the other. She is falling for all of them and they seem interested in her. Does she have the courage to be with all of them?

Amazing Friendships . . .

During a bachelorette party at the strip club, Emma receives a text from her fiancé that he is bailing out of the engagement! She moved to be with him and now has nowhere to go! Her friends leave, she drinks herself into passing out, and four of the guys who work at the club tried to find out who she is to call someone. They see the brutal text breaking the engagement, so they offer her a place with them in the house they share. Austin and Denver are the twin strippers whose act is one of the highlights of the show. Their personalities are definitely opposite of each other. Tonio is the bartender working his way through business school. And Knox is the bouncer, a quiet man but with deep thoughts. And they are in no rush to have her leave, especially when their relationship deepens into love.

When the worst happens and an opportunity opens for the twins, is there a way for Emma to keep her guys together without hurting their careers? Or will they be losing the two of them?

These characters are so wonderful together. They care and give good advice. They are “real” people that all of us would like to call friends. Grab your copy and see if there is a solution for them. The book is well-written, the dialog is natural, and the reader will love getting to know everyone. Definitely worth the read!

The addition starts with the book cover….yeah…yeah…yeah don’t judge a book by its cover they say ….well we all do it and this one here it is the scratch to your itch or better yet the filling to your oreos! Speaking of filling…..wait, that’s for later. Within the first chapters you get the panoramic view of whom you’re dealing with! Emma out celebrating her bridal shower with (so called) friends when her fiancé breaks up with her via text, her friends leave her at the club and she drink herself until she passed out (dangerous if you ask me left alone) and she is rescued by a group of beautiful men (yeah I know men aren’t beautiful but I beg to differ) 😊 Tonio, Denver, his twin Austin and Knox sexy as all get out men who rescued her, while trying to get her information they see the text that caused her to drank herself to a blackout and being the gentle men they are took her home. When she wakes, she is in a strange house with four strangers who is offering her a room until she can get herself together. The chemistry is instant and intense between the five of them, the magnetic pull can’t be ignored so they decide to get to know each other learning they like each other, and it is asking to much for them not to give in to the magnetic pull so will they give in to their feeling for each other, will her ex try to come crawling back and did she find her HEA with her four men?

*4,5 star review

Male twin strippers... I think I should just skip the entire review and leave it with those words: twin... strippers. Not enough reason to read it yet? There is also a gentle giant, and a dark and handsome bartender. And all four behave as knights in shining armor (or without any armor or clothes whatsoever). And oh yeah: they live together. Emma is living the dream...

The book doesn't start as a dream though. Emma left everything she knew behind to follow her fiancé to his hometown to be ditched through text message at her bachelorette party. Luckily her four knights pick her up and give her the safe haven she desperately needs. This is the book you want to read if you are looking for a book about good guys, about men who worship their woman, and who are just genuinely likable (and lickable). I liked the lack of drama, the way they are all so accepting of each other. So yeah: plenty of reasons to read this book!

Need more stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is one of my favourite Stephanie Brother books! I could not stop smiling. Emma is sweet the guys are hot and the progression of their relationship is too good for words. I’ve read most of this author’s books and have loved most but this one has ousted the rest. It’s a little light on the 🌶🍆 but the slow gentle seductive evolution of the sexy part of the 5-some is what makes this story so great. Emma learns about the end of her engagement and the 4 men are there to help her get back on her feet. I think SB did a great job of letting us get to know each individual guy and see how they all fell for Emma. The story felt original which with the amount of RH out there can be hard. My only criticism is that it wasn’t long enough!!!! Seriously I just didn’t want this to end. I wanted more dance lessons with Denver, hugs with Knox, shoulder rubs from Tonio and more Austin in any capacity.
I’m looking forward to the next book in the series.

Emma is engaged and moves across the country with her fiance, to his parents place until they get set up. His sister and her friends take her to a strip club for her bachelorette party and while there, he dumps her via a text message. The girls leave her there, stranded and upset and willing to now get totally drunk. At closing, the four men find her and trying to find her address to get her home, they find the text and decide to take her home to their place. Waking up in a new place with four wonderful men who care deeply is a wonderful start to a new chapter in her life. Relationships form that bond them all and situations are overcome. The characters are terrific, with intense feelings and great depth. The storyline is well written with plenty of surprises and twists, like how much better she is now than with her ex. Loved the guys with their unique personas and strengths. The ending is the best. Well done.

Emma drops everything to move to her fiancée's home town. In the middle of her bachelorette party he dumps her and all her new friends leave her at the strip club. The headlining strippers, a pair of hot twins, the bouncer and the bartender all discover her at closing time. They pack her up and take her home with them. From the beginning of this book to the end the guys are super respectful of Emma and they invite her to live with them. As the story moves through this book you discover all the little hidden gems that make each guy more than he appears on the outside. Emma ends up having the friendships of a lifetime and love with all four. The sexy times are fantastic but the way they all grow into each other and let each other see the little pieces that are important to them. Read this book for the hot and steamy aspects but the underlying message is just as sweet.

3.5 stars rounded up.

Written in first person POV from all 5 MCs, but primarily from Emma’s POV. Decent amount of sexy times (no M/M touching) but they seemed unfinished. Not of the “fade to black” variety but they just seemed incomplete. Good amount of humor and low angst (nothing “triggering”). The plot itself was also fine, but don’t look for realism. There’s a mostly HEA in the first epilogue while epilogue 2 just sets up the next book.

Not really spoilers but proceed with caution…

There was absolutely no closure with Emma’s fiancé. He’s mentioned a few times but it just seems unfair that we don’t get to find anything out about the his and Emma’s relationship (besides her POV) or his new girlfriend. There’s no additional scene with him and in a relatively small town, Emma doesn’t run into him or his new girl. I wanted Emma to get her revenge or at the very least to be able to face it head on.

Stripteased was a fantastic way to introduce this series. I think this is my favourite first book in a series of Stephanie's so far!

The story was a lighthearted read about a woman who gets dumped via text by her fiancé at her bachelorette party. But not to worry! She's saved by two devilish strippers, a hunky bartender, and a very protective bouncer. Their relationship was so much fun to read and I loved how they each coaxed Emma out of her shell and helped her find her confidence. I loved the bonding moments that she shared with each of her men and how each of their individual relationships grew.

And to that end, I hope Clint steps on a Lego every morning for the rest of his life.

I'm so excited to read more of this series and I'm extremely tempted to go back and re-read Jockblocked now that I've met Maddie and have a better sense of her character from this book. I'd love to have the fresh perspective of her and see if that changes anything in the book for me.

Finding not one but four HEA's

STRIPTEASED is a delightfully sweet and dirty spicy naughty story about Emma, Austin, Denver, Knox and Tonio. When Emma is dumped by text by her fiance during her bachelorette party at a strip club, lets just say things go from bad to worse but then rebound in a unexpected way. That rebound ends up being four very big, handsome, smexy men who all work at the strip club. Antonio is a bartender, Knox is a bouncer and Austin and Denver are twins who strip. These men all share a house and when they offer Emma a place to stay and figure out what she is going to do next it turns out to be all four men. Does Emma finally find her happy and very satisfying ending?

I received a copy of this book and am leaving my honest review. My opinions are all my own.

Emma is at a strip club for her bachelorette party when her fiancé breaks up with her. Stunned, she ends up staying at the house of gorgeous stripper twins Austin and Denver, handsome bartender Tonio and the intimidating Knox. These four men are sweet and caring, and strike a deal with her in exchange for room and board. The more time Emma spends with them, the more she falls for all four guys, and they feel the same way about her. The chemistry between Emma and the men is sizzling hot, but more importantly is how well they compliment her and each other. I thought this story was steamy hot but so sweet with how they all take care of her. I loved how they cherished her, but also made it fun at the same time. I can’t wait to read the next book about Maddie!

Dumped, by a jerk, but gained 4 handsome men in her live

I love Stephanie's books. Especially Menace stories. The start was not really a happy one, until she was at a set up club, for v bachelorette party. She didn't deserve the way she got dumped, after moving a long distance with her ex fiance. The gals dumping her st the club, after getting text dumped. One gal, Maggie, didn't want to leave her there. Four guys,(, bartender, 2 strippers, bouncer turned out to roommates, ended taking unconscious Emma , home with them. After having seen, she had to much liquor, and been dumped. Everyone got to known one , another, became a permanent roommate, lover, gf. Maggie picked Emma' s thing up, at ex's. Maggie became a true friend to Emma. Started a business together, the 5 of them.

There is zero romance in this book. They all tiptoe around each other for 230 pages. The book is only 280. The other thing that’s frustrating is that the spice isn’t really spicy. It’s more like they talk about spice a lot and then they kind of do some PG stuff until they finally get together. The FMC is so shy that it’s uncomfortable. She has been with a man for years and I understand that apparently he wasn’t the nicest, even though we don’t get any actual info on why he wasn’t the nicest or even really what he said when they broke up, it’s just all implied. But anyways she acts like a blushing virgin the entire time even though she is mid 20s.
So that along with the downplay of romance and the constant constant talking about what they wanna do with their future, but never actually trying to do anything was too much and I ended up DNF at 92%. I just stopped caring

Not only did this book totally demolished the meaning of stranger danger, it also made sure to make the female main character indifferent, boring, and needy.

This book is supposed to be about Emma finding herself with the help of four men, but what I read was something quite the opposite.

Emma didn't really grow. She was babied. She was spoiled. And now she's somewhat a writer who's only selling because of the men around her using their popularity to get her buyers / readers. She didn't learn any individuality at all. Hell, nothing changed about her personality or characteristics, she's actually the same as how she was when I started this book.

The worse part was everyone got a happy ending and there was no journey towards it. The resolution to the one page conflict, was just a few lines of pure plot jutsu.

This was definitely a let down.
