I found this book really interesting. Some tips I already knew of, however a few good insights on how to deal with stress and anxiety. It's a good book to look back on when you want reminders on techniques and whatnot. It's a quick read and I really enjoyed it.
This is just what it says—a book about how to de-stress. Normally books like this tend to annoy me, but this is written in a very relaxing style with a nice flowing design throughout. There’s not anything new here, but the way it’s presented is well done, with suggestions rather than hardcore directions.
Very informative and directly to the point, I love that it gives you tips and pointers that you can immediately take action with, some even while you're reading the book. Loved it.
This is not a great book. It suggests googling stress reduction, and is very general without any specific techniques. Better to just start with the internet search and save the $5.
