Three "short" stories by Thompson.
"Manhunting in Montana" Photographer Cleo Griffen is famous for her hunky calendars. Frustrated, she decided to find a long-distance husband when she goes to Montana to do a cowboy calendar shoot. She doesn't count on falling in love and getting pregnant by rancher Tom McBride.
"Bachelor Father". Katherine Seymour takes a 3 day vacation from her NY publishing job in Yellowstone. When ranger Zeke Lonetree pulls her out of a river and they make love, she becomes pregnant. A year later she goes back to introduce him to their daughter and the 3 fall in love all over again, but need to work out the distance/job thing.
"Pure Temptation" is a steamy bedroom scene throughout - very sensuous. Tess Blakely has four big brothers and lives in small town AZ. She's 26, still a virgin and leaving for NYC in the fall to be a school counselor. Her summer project is to lose her virginity so she can better know the kids problems. She asks her best friend "Mac" MacDougal to help her - he eventually volunteers and they realize they've loved each other for years - finally.

My favorite story of the bunch was Pure Temptation. The other two were good, but kind of average.

Was nothing special, modern day "fairy tale", sort of, with lots of sex scenes.

All the stories averaged out to about a three star read for me. Enjoying Thompson's category writing style much more than I expected from her Nerds books.
