Eric Helm knows how to draw you into the story and keep you interested and wanting more. My only complaint is the book is a one day read for me, I wish he would make them longer. At the rate I’m going I’ll have to start over again pretty soon! Write some more books about Captain Mack Gerber and Master Sgt. Tony Fetterman they are really interesting characters!
This was another great story. The beginnings are all the same about checking gear, going out for a big supper the night before, and the CIA agent briefings. The type of covert missions are the only things that change in each book. The kid at the coffin got what he deserved in the end.which was appropriate. Good read!
I have read every book in this series. I can see that there is a struggle by the author to put together a good story without picking things put of the air and sticking them in all over! I still enjoyed this read but he has written much better ones. I guess this many books about basically the same subject can lead to some pretty repetitive stuff.
Not much more to say that I haven't said when reviewing previous books in this series. Really enjoyed it, but this one has some typos. Shame on the proof reader!!
