Complemented by six hundred full-color and black-and-white illustrations, this comprehensive resource offers a definitive overview of the life and administration of every president of the United States, from Washington to Bush, furnishing information on each president's early life, education, religion, party, political career, family life, cabinet, political colleagues, and more. 40,000 first printing.
The plus is that the key points are bullet pointed. There is a graph timeline to make reading easy. This also creates a downside to the book in that we don’t get details. There are short passages so it’s not just a lists of facts, but it’s not detailed. There are some things I learned about each election electoral college tally and popular vote tally. There are speeches in the back. Overall a good buy.
The information is there. It is basically an Encyclopedia of everything all the presidents did during there term as president as well as congress and global events.
