Started strong with a powerch flashback that included an epic take on how Canoness Veridyan got her augemetic eye, but ended up being a classic unexciting expositional middle of a limited series issue. I just need a little more and for the exposition to actually have some weight.

The art and a few moments were great for sure.

Good ole blazing Warhammer 40K sci-fi action with the Sisters of Battle! When you are in a sci-fi mood.

The story is your typical Warhammer fare but I'm fine with that. The blend of action, violence, and story are good. I also like the inserts that provide additional information about the world and lore. As a Warhammer fan, this is enjoyable. If you were not a fan to begin with, I do not see this book doing much for you.
