A short, but powerful little book that's full of wisdom and practical advice from real-life practitioners in the church trying to make disciples. He lays out the vision for why to build a disciple making core team and how to assemble one. Very useful for churches trying to make the paradigm shift from church growth (seeker sensitive nonsense) to obeying Jesus to fulfill the Great Commission.
