When Hazel and Peter return to their beloved Stonebridge, they find the citizens have divided into two warring factions, and they're fighting it out with pies. Worse, Timothy refuses to honor his agreement to stop targeting the witches in town, and this time, he means business. He wants what Hazel took from him, and he'll stop at nothing to get it.
When the concealed magical item turns up missing, Hazel doesn't know if she should blame Timothy or her mother, who just happened to show up unannounced. Either way, wicked things will surely come calling unless she can find it fast.
Even with help from her bestie Cora, Mr. Kitty and his new friend, and a few ghosts from the past, Hazel fears she won't be able to solve the mystery before another witch is harmed. That is until an unexpected ally appears. But should she trust this person or not?

The sleepy New England town of Stonebridge has come to terms with it's residents who are witches, sort of, and that's a big deal to the witch population that resides there. For years they've lived in fear and rightfully so. In Stonebridge's not so distant past, witches were tortured and killed for their beliefs, but today marked a new beginning for both the town and it's residents. Hazel and Peter are returning from their honeymoon (yes Hazel and Peter are MARRIED!!!!) when Hazel is informed about the towns new view on witches. Lines are being drawn and people are taking sides...so much for the peace they all hoped for. When an item of great significance goes missing under Hazel's watch, it could mean the end of all witches in Stonebridge. As desperate as Hazel is to fix Stonebridge, the divide is growing stronger. She may have to look to the past to heal it's future. FANTASTIC, ORIGINAL SERIES WITH AWESOME MAIN CHARACTERS AS WELL AS SECONDARY CHARACTERS! EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED WITH TWISTS AND TURNS AND LOTS OF ADVENTURES IN BETWEEN WITH THE WITCHES OF STONEBRIDGE! A DEFINITE MUST READ SERIES, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

Lily Franklin’s book which is a concealed magical item is missing which could mean the end of all witches in Stonebridge. Hazel and Peter have just gotten back from their honeymoon, only to find chaos with the people fighting each other with pies. Witches are being outed so their businesses are ruined. And Timothy ignores his promise to stop targeting the witches in his hate campaign.
When Hazel gets home, she finds her mother in her home without having been invited. Coincidentally (or not), Lily Franklin’s book is missing which could be a danger to all of them. Did her mother take it? With the help of a ghost and an unexpected relative of the ghost, could the book be found? Would betrayals and lies be uncovered? Would the prophecy be able to come true now that the four Heirs to The Named were together? Could the town at last begin to heal?
Hazel just finally got back after being on her honeymoon with Peter. Things are not going so well this the others since the witches have been outed. Timothy accosts Hazel on her way to her tea shop. He seems to be really out of mind, even worst then before. Hazel finds her mother in her home, she doesn't even want her there. Hazel makes a terrifying discovery, Lily's book is missing. Hazel will have to find out who took the book before danger finds them all.
This was a really entertaining read, that you can just get lost in. You will really enjoy the characters and the world the author has created. Hazel and Peter are great together. Can't wait to see what happens next in the series.
I loved it! There was so much going on. Timothy was totally off the deep end, going after Hazel the way he did. The pie fights were pretty funny, though. I sure hope there are more stories to come!
the town seems at odds, entrenched in a pie war, with apples supporting the choices for witches and pumpkins in favor of cleansing or proscribing
can the spirit and history of the town and its witchly founders save the young from tearing themselves and their town apart?
Hazel has quite a mother, complete with her failure to train her. Can elder witches like Josephine help or hurt the cause?
Sweet and amusing folks hide some anxious to act and prove loyalties.
Timothy has been one of the leaders of the folks persecuting witches - encouraging others to out them and destroy their livelihoods. Friends and associates of his have been stirred up to more extreme action resulting in jail or prison- in the name of cleansing the town if the unclean fir a just and righteous god
will the clashes result in spilled pie, that is messy, but easily cleaned up with a broom and mop, or will the streets be filled with curses, betrayals and blood?
unexpected allies and hidden dangers
prejudices addressed in sweet characters who might not be as harmless as they first appear, and others who might have more than one public face

The latest story starring Hazel, Peter, and the witches of Stonebridge brings her conflict with Timothy to a head. Through the first ten books, Hazel has dealt with the sinister Sons of Stonebridge, and even some witches in the coven who resent her being so new in town, yet being the heir to the prophecy. Not only is Hazel’s mom, Josephine an unwelcome visitor, the spirits of both Clarabelle and Lily play an important role in charting a future path for Stonebridge. I love reading about the slowly developing relationships of Hazel and the many intertwined personalities she deals with each day.
Hazel and the group of witches are again having to deal with Timothy and his group that are trying to oust them from Stonebridge. The quirky characters are hilarious as they fight with pies. The suspense of finding the missing book in time to stop his group and find out why it was taken, causes more discourse. Loves the banter and situations. This series always makes me laugh and changes my mood if the day is not going well. This author never disappoints.

Hazel and Peter are back from their honeymoon in book 11 of Teas & Temptations series. They find the town is divided into factions of those who accept the witches and those who still think they're an abomination. Hazel has an altercation with Timothy who demands to have Lily's spell book and when she gets home her mother is there and the spell book is gone. Who stole it? and why did they only take Lily's book and not Clarabelle's book too?
Fun fast read, good flow, familiar characters, good mystery. Doesn't push the reader, just a nice enjoyable time with old friends. Five stars.
A small town divided between the magicals and the mundane, sounds common doesn't it? Here's what makes it different and interesting. This town also has a missing grimoire, a pie throwing game between the magicals and the mundane, a familiar who has been rejected by his witch, a mom-daughter witchy duo, who doesn't want to get along and much more.
So join this ride as this town will win your heart.

A Witch Without A Spell (Teas and Temptations Book 11) by Cindy Stark. When Hazel and Peter return from their short honeymoon they find the town had gone mad. Those that support the witches and those that don’t are throwing pies at each other. Then Lilly’s book disappears and no one knows how or why. When Hazel asked her great grandmother Clarabelle, the answer astounds her.
Was so happy to have another Hazel story! I hope there are more to come. I really liked these characters and the plot. Laughed about the pies! So looking forward to reading more books from this author.
Really enjoyed this laugh out loud, whimsical and fun journey. Highly entertaining, fun and action packed adventure filled with witty and engaging charters, heart racing twists and thrilling passion.
I do enjoy these books! Cindy can weave an intriguing story without a murder or a crime. And her characters are very relatable. This was one of my favorites!
Hazel's mother is back in town and causing issues for Hazel as always. What has gotten into Timothy? His rants are out of hand. Mischief is happening and Hazel finds out why.
