Seismic shifts are rupturing nations across the globe. As societies crumble, factions everyone has underestimated begin to reconfigure the world in their image. And Carla, Junior, Blessing and Logan face a desperate struggle to resist the fallout.

Be warned: This is a very enthralling read. It really draws you in and makes you think.
What is Disintegration? The process of losing cohesion or strength.
I will not spoil anything here, but like the previous three in this series, Baldwin ties and weaves the title of the book within the storyline, so intricatley.
The characters are authentic, realistic and raw, with their personal stories unfolding and interweaving throughout the chapters as they grow and continue to learn about the world that surrounds them. Just exactly what pushes them, to almost breaking point at times.
With Baldwin's linguistic flair, the way he describes a scene or a location, I have not been able to find many authors that can create such complex visions with their words.
Writing a book of this genre can take a turn away from realism. This is nothing short of amazing. It is well delivered, tying everything brilliantly together, with all the contrasting potential.
That last chapter, just, eeep! What a whirlwind of emotions and feelings. I honestly got goosebumps.
Seriously, anything short of a five star review for this novel strikes me as pretentious. It is clear this has been written by someone who has found his own 'Magicium'.
But, that's just my opinion. You should pick up a copy and check it out yourself!
