This self-help book is helpful to those who want to learn ways to help gain a sense of control by taking care of their whole mind and body during and after breast cancer treatment. It includes information on relaxation techniques you can use to help with the stress and uncertainty involved at each stage of your treatment, information on complementary therapies and provides nutritional advice to help improve your health. It also suggests questions you can ask your doctors at each stage, and how to gain the confidence needed to challenge their suggestions if you have concerns or do not agree with them.

Moving. Helpful. Necessary. Thankful for this. Will certainly reread as it has so much info and at the same time, the book is sensitive to the reader, knowing the time out they would need, test / checklists they should be making.
