Three villains and a lady!

The following ratings are out of 5:
Romance: 💙💚🖤💜❤️
Heat/Steam: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Story/Plot: 📕📗📘📙📔
World building: 🌎🌍🌏🌎🌏
Character development: 😳🤬😏🤓☺️

The heroine: Landry Croft - she lives in a gilded cage. Landry is the perfect daughter of tech billionaire Alexander Croft. Her mother died not long after giving birth to her 6 year old sister Della, who is deaf. Landry tries to take care of Della as much as possible.

The Hero(es): Sully, Sparrow and Scout Mannford - Triplets who grew up with wealth, their mother was a prominent plastic surgeon until Winston Constantine found patients that were not happy with their results and put her in jail. Sully saw his Harvard dreams go down the drain after the three brothers made of mess of things by messing with their stepsister Ash. Winston Constantine, got back at them by destroying their dreams and shooting each of them in the knee (Scout in both knees). Sparrow likes his suits, his car and the perks they get from working for their cousin Bryant Morelli. Scout is more than a bit psychotic and still somewhat obsessed with Ash.

The Story: Alexander Croft thinks it is time he takes someone under his wing. He picks Ty Constantine and wants his daughter Landry to marry Ty in order to keep his fortune in the family as well as to build bridges between the Constantines and the Crofts. However Bryant Morelli lives to mess with the Constantines and has the triplets get involved in the life of Landry Croft in order to mess up that plan.

This is the story of the triplets from Skyskraper Cinderella. They were the evil triplets in that book, but right from the start in this one, we feel for them since they got their whole lives taken from them and are now stuck under Bryant Morelli’s thumb. Though I know they deserved what they got, I can’t wait to see if they redeem themselves in this series.

The triplets each get to know Landry but she doesn’t know they are triplets. Though each of the brothers has his own quirks and acts a bit differently, so she knows something is odd. Scout is still obsessed with their ex stepsister Ash, while Sully and Sparrow are wary of him at times.

“Our stepsister was supposed to be a game. We were to toy with her. Scout’s obsession changed everything. It took us to levels in a game we had no business playing.”

“If he were to zero in on Landry the way he did with Ash, it could fuck everything up. Last time nearly cost us our lives.”

I really enjoyed this book and the way the brothers each dove into Landry’s life in different ways. It was very original and I liked them despite the fact that they are not good guys. They make very likable villains. I also liked the fact that they were still villains or anti-hero’s since they were so bad in Skyscraper Cinderella it wouldn’t have been believable for them to just change into Hero’s in this book. The cliffhanger is a good one and I can’t wait to read more.

I voluntarily read & reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts & opinions are my own.

The tyrant triple threat strikes again. It was so freaking good. I can’t believe I’m rooting for them. And love them.

Now working Under Uncle Bryant Morelli thumb, Scout, Sparrow, and Sully New assignment is Landry Croft. Yea, they were not ready for her or the chaos and addiction. For one, the girl can verbally spar with the best of them. She has a plan, and they’re not part of it.

Landry is staying in a living hell to perfect her sister. I don’t think I have hated a fictional character so much, the ideas that popped into my head to take care of her home life. I love her and her adorable sister, Delilah.

Is it wrong that Scout the psycho is my favorite? All three of them bring something different snd have a dark side. I believe that Scout’s dark side sings with Landry’s. That bathroom scene was hot. 🥵

The author always writes flawed, one hot mess of characters whom you can't help but end up either loving or hating. I was on the fence a little about the triplets and how the plot would play out. I should have known better because it was fabulous. Now to wait and see what happens next.

On a side more, I found it very comical Heathen the cat and Scout’s relationship.

I started the book not knowing that this is a spin-off to another series so you can expect my confusion while reading this. And thus, I feel like something was missing and couldn't find myself connected much to the characters (mostly the triplet) since the reason they spread into Croft World was to seek retribution for what Winston did to them.

Also me the whole time:
Who tf is Winston and what did he do to them?

I also didn't know that this will be a reverse harem and while I didn't oppose it, for a first-timer; this wasn't very pleasant. I am bored, fell asleep three times (the book is short though), and almost DNF. I know that the triplet's main intention was to just used Landry which I get if all their interactions were purely sexual but then I feel no sense of connection between the triplets and the heroine.

To boot, this book lacks the main plot which I find some scenes either unnecessary or irrelevant. For example: when Sparrow had to replace Scout at an event because he was supposed to be the best equipped for it. But mind you, he only as far as to go bumping to Ty Constantine who had no idea who Sparrow is, and thinks, "I'll have to hide so people won't catch that I am the Mannford" instead of an imposter that goes by the name Ford Man and the chapter ends. Like, sure but what are the significance of your presence there in the first place then? Why would he need to switch his place with Scout? It just doesn't add up.

Not to say, Sparrow, Sully, and Scout were given different tasks but while having to carry the same identity, had no prior plan which made every interactivity with Landry clashes, given the very distinct traits each of them has. You are supposed to make this believable, but still can't come forth with something solid. Most of the things happening in this book either lack purpose, quite absurd or underdeveloped.

Relatively enjoying Sully and Laundry's moments/POVs with each other. Other than that, didn't think I'll continue with the series. Not worth the time.

"Get them wet,” I order, bending her body with the force of my own as I lean against her. “And don’t bite this time. You won’t like where I bite back.”

Fear shimmers in her eyes in the mirror. With my grip still in her hair, I ignore the throbbing in my thumb and once bring my fingers within chomping distance. Not gently, I push my fingers into her mouth deep enough she gags. My dick jumps at the thought of making her do this while shoved all the way down her throat. I use my fingers to fuck her mouth—four of them, all but my aching thumb. Slobber runs down over her chin and tears race down her cheeks.

"Good girl. Your mouth is trainable.”

Fury flashes in her gaze, but I yank my fingers out of her mouth before she can do any damage. I twist my fingers tighter in her hair and then slip my wet ones down over her ass crack. She moans—the sound fearful and horrified—and she goes completely still. I find the slick opening of her pussy and tease it with my longest finger.

“You want this, hmm?”

She tries to shake her head no, but my grip on her hair is too tight. I force her to nod. More tears. A sob. Pleading.

“If you want it so bad,” I growl, “then fucking beg for it.”

“Y-You’re a monster.”

“You have no idea.”

I have been OBSESSED with the Terror Triplets since I met them in Stroke of Midnight. If you've read that story you're probably thinking, "Bitch, you are NUTS. Those guys were complete and utter sick twisted assholes who can never redeem themselves." Ok what can I say? I guess I'm a freak. BECAUSE...

I.
FUCKING.
LUSTED.
THIS.
BOOK.

I finished this a few weeks ago, and STILL am thinking about it! That is a sign of an amazing book.

Triple Threat was so much more than I could've hoped for for my fave triple dicks! The things they would say and do had me questioning my morals because I found it so fucking hot and even SWOONY! God damn these assholes. And this book wasn't just twisted it gutted me in parts too. Landry is going through SO MUCH my heart broke for her!

If you enjoy unconventional, twisted, hot as fucking hell books that will give you the feels and make you want to throw your e-reader then you should totally grab this one!

Landry takes the role of protector over Della, her six-year-old sister, who is oft the target of their father’s wrath, very seriously. Alexander Croft, a rich and powerful tech mogul, is a hateful man who dotes on Landry, but resents Della merely for being alive.

Croft intends to arrange a marriage between Landry and a Constantine as the Croft Gaming & Entertainment reach grows to global proportions. Such a marriage would solidify the Croft seat in the power circle.

Enter the Terror Triplets: Sully, Scout, and Sparrow. In the never ending quest to publicly humiliate the Constantine family, Bryant Morelli enlists the trio of identical brothers who live under the thumb of their uncle, to dig up dirt on the Croft family.

Triple Threat follows Landry from target to something yet undefined.

Although it’s revealed relatively early on, I don’t want to say anything that will give away the twists. What I will say is, I absolutely loved the storyline and every character, save Alex Croft! It was a slow burn to be sure and, while that’s not always something I love, it totally worked here - far better than a faster pace would have. Beyond that, the humor and banter was unexpected and brilliant!

📝 Genre: Contemporary Romance, Suspense

🗂 Tropes: Reverse Harem, Cinderella Story

⚠️ Safety Squad: Mental and physical abuse (not by H/Hs or h).

📣 Triple Threat is part of the Midnight Dynasty series, a multi-author collaboration and the Terror Triplets were introduced in the Cinderella trilogy. While it’s not strictly necessary to have read those books, there will be spoilers for them. Triple Threat ends on a cliffhanger.

This is about the triplets, Ash's stepbrothers Stroke of Midnight (Cinderella, #1) by K. Webster , another book in Midnight Dynasty world, the eternal fight for power between Constantine and Morelli.
One year after Winston destroyed the triplets' life, Bryant Morelli took the triplets, Scout, Sparrow and Sully under is wing and turn them into his "dogs".
Their mother is in jail, college dream was lost, little limp in the leg, Ash is married, so Winston did ruined their life's completely.
Of course, their uncle Bryant didn't have their backs for the goodness of his heart, he's always expecting something in return.
Now is Landry Croft. Her father wants to sell the company to the Constantine's and have plans for her to marry Ty Constantine (I like him so much, he's so naive).
But that's a catch... They have to trick Landry, she can't know there's three of them.
description
Scout goes to Croft's company, Sully is teaching sign language to Landry little sister, Della (child from hell) and Sparrow is in college with her.
Scout is completely insane, Sully is the one I like more, the sweet (if we can say the triplets can be sweet), the Sparrow is somewhere in between.
There's a cat from hell that falls in love with Scout.
And now they have a problem, they are so competitive with each other, so how can they complete successful their uncle's mission?
description
description
description
They fall in love with the same girl, the obsession, the possessedness, Ash all over again.
They can't afford to do the same mistake.
But Landry and Della needs to be safe...
So, what it will be?
They are willing to go against their uncle Morelli?
Against her powerful father?
And, will she accept them, after the betrayal they have done to her?
That's so funny, the competition between the three of them, so ridiculous...
Will Landry escape her abusive father?

“She likes my touch. Filthy falling angel.
Come down a little more so I can break your wings, beautiful.”

um its not bad just very disappointing. i had such high expectations for this duet because i actually really liked the cinderella trilogy and i loved the triplets. now if you haven't read the cinderella trilogy, you won't understand this whole book since this duet is a spin-off.

i wanted this book to be twisted and just fucked up because the triplets were fucked up to begin with. where were the same characters that almost raped their stepsis bc they wanted to? idk i couldn't fidn them here... they were so VANILLA i almost cried myself to sleep. like pls no. i want MORE i want CRAZY. not this

🦄the characters 🦄

landray/laundry

this girl was ok to my standards. she wasn't a cry baby and she knew how to handle herself. not a virgin. but something about her is so sus and lemme get into it.

her dad is so weird i'm actually so concerned and idk if this is going to be revealed in the next book because i dont understand how laundry is not a virgin.

basically, throughout the whole book, the dad is very abusive with laundry's lil sis who is deaf, but he loves laundry. the deaf sis, della, is 6 years old and the mom died giving birth to her. basically, laundry is very protective over her. the dad out of nowhere starts being abusive with laundry bc he wants to marry her off. this isn't the weird part.

the weird part is that he's always touching laundry. he always has his hands on the "small of her back" always kissing her (not on the lips) but sus places too like the neck, forehead, and cheek. he has his hands wrapped on her waist when her "date" showed up. NO ONE IS TALKING about how weird that is????? no seriously i'm so weirded out because everyone in the book is acting like its nothing???

the dad is so protective over laundry like crazy he always stalks her and its weird. i thought maybe he took laundry's virginity because i don't understand how she lost it when he monitors EVERYthing she does. i mean he doesn't even let her out of the house. so how did she lose her virginity?

very weird and suspicious. i know laundry is hiding stuff about him because its way too weird. basically idk if i'm just reaching because i read WAY too many weird books lately but i need answers asap.

sully & sparrow

the most useless characters out there tbh. they were like 2 children fighting over candy. "omg you kissed her" - "omg i just had phone sex bc you kissed her" - "oh no i want to hear her orgasm fuck you" bark bark bark bark bark

scout

tbh my baby had potential but i feel like k webster just did us dirty with him. he had one good scene in which he basically fingered laundry with g spot stuff idfk ok. that scene was hot and the only good part of this book.

“When you moan and finally release me, I’m going to shove my fingers somewhere else. Somewhere where you can’t hurt me.”

“You can’t stop me, either,” I taunt. “Your pleas will fall on deaf ears.”

“In fact, I’ll get off on your begging,” I continue with a sneer. “I’ll come all over your face as you cry.”

idk i feel very underwhelmed because even tho this scene was good it still lacked. he communicated way too much with her. he told her to "get control of her" because she has a "choice" bitch who is this???????? where is the psycho guy that stalks ash and wants to fucking fuck his own stepsis.

🦄the plot 🦄

no plot babies. idk what happened but this whole book was just leading up to the "reveal" of the triplets since they've been acting as one character. at times i do agree it was funny because the heroine was just like??? but its not comedy worthy. tbh i'm just like ok? i need something more. i at least needed the smut to be good. BUT no sparrow was the one who fucked her in a car and it was dry as hell.

anyways, i hope the next book is good because this was just boring.

OMG! Did this book really end there? First all of, let me tell you that this book ends on a major cliffhanger and even after days of finishing this book, I am still not over it. Just imagine the impact it had with my head.

I never never never imagined a universe where I would be cheering for the triple terror of this triplets, the kings of villains to get their own HEA. Landry was the type of girl with both a fierce exterior and very soft overwhelming core. She could take on every terror Scout throws at her and also compliments Sparrow with his softness. Don't get me...all of these brother have their own devil inside but scout wins over all. He is such an intense character with so much darkness, I am so excited to see how the author develops his character, a tough job for sure. But still, my favorite is Scout...if you love dark romance then thus psycho is your next prince charming.

I love the cameos of familiar characters from other series in this same midnight dynasty world and iching for a reread of the Cinderella trilogy already.

I would suggest you read Cinderella trilogy before starting this book as this may contain some serious spoilers...

.........

I hated them in the Cinderella trilogy... well-deserved hatred...
but now K webster is going to make me love them too...isn't she😂😂😂

I couldn't believe when K. Webster announced she would be writing a romance for the Terror Triplets from the Cinderella Trilogy. They were nasty, spoiled bullies – but was I still going to read their book? Absolutely.

I shouldn't have doubted K. Webster because Triple Threat was so good! It's a reverse harem romance with a heroine and three identical triplet heroes. The Mannford boys have grown up now and they're not as spoiled and bratty. Sparrow, Scout, and Sully kind of work for the mafia but all they want to do is escape so they can live their own lives. Their uncle gives them one last assignment before they can be free – dupe the daughter of a tech billionaire into believing they're one man and get close to her so they can find out her father's secrets.

Landry may come from a rich family, but she lives in terror because of her abusive father. She wants to escape but she stays for her younger, deaf sister to protect her. Landry has never gotten close to anyone but she finds solace in a new, gorgeous classmate named Ford... who at times seems like he has a split personality.

I enjoyed this reverse harem romance so much! Each triplet clearly has his own personality and way of being with Landry, but I still fell for all 3, though I'm going to need more when it comes to the craziest brother, Scout. Landry was a strong heroine who I really felt for. I was on the edge of my seat reading this, just waiting for the moment when Landry would find out the truth about the brothers.

This is the first book in a duet and I am dying for Death Wish already. You can see the cliffhanger coming but it still killed me. Triple Threat is hot but not as steamy as I would expect from this author so hopefully we get more in the sequel!

Landry is the daughter of a controlling and cruel billionaire. She is meant to be a trophy displayed to the world; beautiful, polite, and intelligent. She’s everything he demands but she needs to be survived, if not for herself, for her little sister. She needs a savior but what she gets is one blade but three times as sharp…

Told in multiple POV, 1st person, it’s the first installment in the "Deception" duet and ends on a cliffhanger. My first issue was that I was in the dark about Ford’s past. I think I should have read the "Cinderella" trilogy first! Second I wasn’t thoroughly invested in the story. It didn’t have Webster’s usual sparkle but still, I enjoyed or tried my best! All in all, it wasn’t that bad but it wasn’t that good either, hope you enjoy it!

Full disclosure here, I feel dark romance lost it's luster for me. I've been reading less and less of it over the past months, growing tired of the same tropes and lack of depth in these books. Also, I don't buy into RH.

That being said, there's something about K. Webster's writing style. This is a book I should hate for all intents and purposes.
It's reverse harem, the characters are beyond morally grey, the relationship development is based solely on sexual attraction and nothing of substance.

However, I'm rating this 4 stars because this book was entertaining as f*ck and drew me in completely. It is set in the Midnight Dynasty World, part 1 of a duet so it ends in a cliffhanger and I can't wait to get my hands on the second book asap.
I guess it's a Rapunzel retelling or at least those are the vibes I got.

And it goes something like this:
Landry is locked in her abusive father's penthouse, her life controlled at each step. Dead mother, 6 year old deaf sister that her father hates but she desperately wants to save, Landry is out of options.
Said father decides to marry her off to a Constantine and even enrolls her in college. But that's when the nightmare triplets from K. Webster's Cinderella trilogy enter the scene. They have to cause chaos and put a dent on the marriage plans on behalf of their uncle, mighty nasty Bryant Morelli.

The story is told from all 4 MCs POVs and I have to admit that I was a bit confused about who is which triplet in the beginning.

Can't say I like the characters a lot because they feel two dimensional but hey, they all have back bones so that's a plus.
Each triplet is different. You've got Sparrow, the easy going type, Sully the softy and Scout, the psychopat. Together they make a very hot, well balanced yet sarcastic criminal, who is great in bed. I liked their sarcasm a lot though... sarcasm is important in this type of stories for me.
Landry is sassy and bitchy when outside her father's influence but she's also easily manipulated and naive.

The plot is not complicated but I got wrapped up in the progression of the story. I mean, K. Webster can write and this is a RH I didn't hate. So, if you like hot as hell dark romance, go for it!

Safety: well, it's RH... so technically, there is no cheating. Landry is passed around without her knowledge but she sure loves it!
Also, 3+ very hot and explicit sex scenes. K. Webster can deliver on that smut!

Genre: Dark Romance
Type: Book 1 of 2 from Deception Duet
POV: First Person - Multiple
Rating:

Scout, Sully, and Sparrow Mannford’s lives were irrevocably changed by their past mistakes. Now, under the thumb of their ruthless uncle, they were used to advance the Morelli family in the hierarchy. But their latest assignment could push them deeper when Landry Croft became more than just a job.

The Terrible Triplets caught my attention when they first appeared in the Cinderella trilogy. I was thrilled when I found out they’re getting their own book, and I enjoyed this one. I liked the overall storyline with a mix of darkness and humor, though I was expecting it to be steamier.

“What’s this?” she asks when I approach with our tray.
“Caramel macchiato.” I flash her a taunting grin. “Since you’re salty all the time, I figure you might like something sweet.”

I liked how I could see their individuality, wants, and fears. They’re a lot more mellow in this book though, and Scout didn’t get as much page time, but I’m sure that will be remedied in the next book. Landry might be young and carried a heavy burden, but sometimes did things that didn’t make much sense. Della and Heathen stole the scenes whenever they appeared.

Triple Threat is a story of deception, desperation and obsession. It would appeal to readers who enjoy Dark Romance.

Almost put this book down when I remembered they sexually assaulted and harassed Ash from the Cinderella trilogy serval times and thought they had automatic rights to force their step sister into sex. They described Ash as “a game” and “toying with her” lol what. Some characters deserve to be redeemed but after reading all the vile things they did to Ash including biting her, groping her breasts and ass,
forcibly stripping her of clothes and marking her, making her cry, and attempting to just force themselves on her constantly I can’t be attracted to these men. I’m all for dark dark romance but redeeming wannabe rapist little boys is not it for me! And I read dark romance everyday but I cannot enjoy reading about these so called tough guys who think they can touch women without their consent. The fact that Scout still hates Winston and Ash, like for what lol you got exactly what was coming to you when you put your hands on your stepsister. Literally ridiculous

the only relationship-based Reverse Harem that could convince me 👉👈

Triplets Scout, Sully and Sparrow got an assignment to infiltrate Landry Croft's life and get information on her father. The game of switcheroo was entertaining and fascinating to read 🔥

I honestly came here for Scout, the psychopath out of the three. But although his chapters were a treat to read, his connection with Landry was the weakest imho. As an individual he's still in the lead, but not as a partner for Landry

Sparrow was my fav in the role of her love interest so far, his banter was hilarious 😂👑

Heathen the cat was a nice touch and his alliance with Scout melted my heart ❤️ my rule stands: extra star for a cat in the novel ⭐

I’m giving it a 4 ⭐️‘s for now.

However, my confusion on exactly how to rate this stems from the fact I read the Cinderella series and I know how horrible the triplets were. They even got their kneecaps bashed in by the hero in that series in retaliation for how they treated the heroine.

So here we are in this book and I’m expecting the author to majorly redeem these guys and that didn’t happen. Their behavior in the Cinderella series wasn’t really discussed or addressed in this book. High level things mentioned, but if you haven’t read that series you don’t get a sense of how despicable they really were.

So that brings me back to my rating because if the author doesn’t really delve into their actions from the previous series then it’s easy to see them in a different light in this book. But that doesn’t really seem fair.🤷‍♀️

On the heroine side - I liked Landry and little Della. My heart really hurt for how they were treated. The connection and love between the sisters was obvious and I’m really hoping they find a better life.

I’m also a bit conflicted because Ty Constantine almost seems like the better hero for her. But she’s not interested him. I’m not sure the triplets are the best choice for her.

Although this book wasn’t exactly what I was expecting (which to be honest, it’s K Webster so I really had no clue what to expect), the writing was what I was expecting (stellar) and I am looking forward to book two.

~ Sully Mannford -made the best grades in school, makes better decisions than the other two brothers and is considered the “sweet” one. He’s frustrated with how the Morelli family controls him
~ Sparrow Mannford - super smart, very cocky and has enough reckless energy to be dangerous
~ Scout Mannford - the psychopath. He still has an unhealthy obsession with his step-sister, Ash

- Who is the Heroine? Landry Croft, Age: 18
~ Landry is a caged bird who is controlled by her father. She has a six year old sister who is deaf. The father hates the little sister and refers to her as the parasite who killed his wife.

Plot overview:
~ the Morelli’s and Constantine’s will always be warring families. In an effort to stop a new Constantine investment, the Morelli’s want to make sure there is a good scandal that will ruin the opportunity. In order to do that, the Morelli’s have devised a plot that involves the triplets and Landry.

**Overview:**
- Content Warning: abusive parent and also hints of father molesting his daughter (both on page)
- Setting: NewYork
- Do you need to read previous books in series?: I think you need to read the Cinderella series in order to understand the backstory for the triplets. But reading that series will really make you hate the triplets.
- POV: Several POV’s (Landry, Sully, Sparrow, Scout)
- h virgin? I don’t think so
- First kiss: the first kiss was at 45% with Sully
- First bedroom scene: 80% with Sparrow. However, she had phone sex and some other sexual interludes with all the guys prior to actually sleeping with Sparrow
- Safe sex? No condoms
- steamy? Yes. There were some descriptive sexual scenes
- Chemistry? different chemistry between the different triplets
- Big secrets? Yes. Landry is not aware she is dealing with three different guys.

We’re a triple threat. Always.

I enjoyed this. I actually waited until closer to when the next book was releasing (3/29) to read it, because I have no chill and knew I would need answers ASAP. Alas, I finished reading today and while there are only mere hours left until I can start the next book I still feel insanely impatient because I want it now.

I know the hero/anti-hero characters in this book were villains in another trilogy, but I didn’t read all of those books so they sort of have a clean slate for me. Which to me means I liked them. All three of them. The heroine I love, and I only hope that she and her sister get the life and happiness they deserve in book two. The themes in Triple Threat of what they experience are just so heartbreaking, and even though only alluded to they are hard to read.

All in all I enjoyed this book and I’m crossing my fingers that I love book two!

TW: child abuse, abuse, allusions to child molestation, discussions of violence/murder

4 Stars!

"Landry Croft is our mark-the girl we're supposed to mess with in order to make our uncle happy. This should feel like one of our usual jobs. Cold. Boring. Repetitive.
It's not."

Wow - from the moment I read the premise of this book, I knew I needed to read it. It's a spin on the reverse harem trope, only here, the heroes are triplets. I also cannot get enough of this Midnight Dynasty world. Seriously, this should be a show on HBO. Two dueling families reminiscent of Romeo and Juliet's Montague and Capulets. The lengths they will go to destroy one another. It's my cat nip!!

Landry lives a controlled and sometimes abusive existence. She may be surrounded by luxury but her father keeps her and her sister in a cage. If it weren't for her younger, deaf sister, Landry would've left long ago. So when a charming distraction plops down next to her in one of her classes, Landry can't help but be intrigued.

I really love the idea of this book. Three triplet brothers all in love with the same girl, while she thinks they're the same person. There's cocky Sparrow, unhinged Scout, and the one level-headed guy of the bunch, Sully. Their uncle, Bryant Morelli, has given them the assignment of getting close to her to gain intel into the Constantine family.

9887660_zps4hvwszkp

I will not give anything away in terms of spoilers. I will just say, when Landry's safety comes into question, this goes from a job to much more for all three of these brothers.

I like you, honey," I murmur, my breath hot on her neck. "And you like me too. This thing between us is inevitable. It was the second I laid eyes on you in class.

Now I will say, you really have to suspend reality on this one on a few things. And I get that hindsight is 20/20 and all, but it was like 40/40 here for Landry when she learned certain truths and seemed to be like a bit too much of a jump.

Like I said though, I love the idea of his story and I loved that it takes place in the Midnight Dynasty world. And I loved the possessive alpha nature that all three of these brothers end up having for Landry.

It does end in a HUGE cliffhanger and I cannot wait to see how all this plays out!

I received an e-ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I absolutely loved this terrible trio of tyrant thugs in Triple Threat!
Sparrow, Sully, and the psycho Scout, under the guidance of their Morelli uncle, sends the triplets on a job to infiltrate the Croft family, but specifically Landry, the daughter of the tech magnate.
But Landry is hiding what happens behind closed doors. And poor Della, her sister, breaks my heart with her plight in life. It was devastating and heart wrenching.
But chaos ensues because when these crazy triplets focus on a female it is not a good thing.
I love these wonderful stories of the Midnight Dynasty!

Seriously?!! Seriously!! Noooooooooo 😭 I am not okay with that bombshell cliffhanger

🚨STOP, if you have not read the Skyscraper Cinderella trilogy, but have plans to meet Winston Constantine and Ash Elliott, do not proceed. This story gives away plot twist in books 2 & 3🚨

From the moment I met the Terror Triplets in the Stroke of Midnight, I knew they needed a girl to keep them in line. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect all the twist and turns that arose along the way.

Now fast forward a year past the kneecapping that happens in Prince Charming and we have the Triplets in their new life. A life that gets revealed in The Glass Slipper.

Scout, Sully, and Sparrow are mandated to work as a team to collect intel on a target Bryant Morelli, their Uncle, intends to sabotage. Though it’s not a Constantine family, it will directly effect a Constantine acquisition. Alexander Croft is the CEO of Croft, a gaming company in talks with Halcyon Corp. and as a further bonus, Alexander is trying to marry his daughter off to Ty Constantine. He may not be ‘one of those Constantine’s’ but he is the son of Lane’s sister Elise. Making him well aligned.

Landry Croft is held hostage in her gilded cage by a toxically dangerous father. At eighteen years old she has been raising her little sister since birth. She is the only mother the child knows. And Della is unlike any six year old I’ve ever known. She’s brave, intelligent beyond her years, bratty, and endearing. I don’t know how you can’t like her.

Secrets surrounding the full extent of Landry’s life are hinted at but we have yet to learn the full picture. I honestly don’t know if I want to know more. If I could crawl into the book and kill off Alexander myself I would.

Watching the triplets work as one to get close to Landry is near comical at times. Thankfully the girl isn’t as dense as those boys. I mean, they’re so jealous and competitive that they don’t even bother to uphold the same cover stories or overall identities. She’s Sparrows Laundry, Sully’s honey, and Scouts Prickly Princess.

But it’s Sully’s interactions with Della and Heathen, the cat, that steal majority of this story.

I’m anxious for the next book in the duet - Death Wish. March 29th can’t get here soon enough. Thankfully you can preordered a copy today.

😈 sort of catfishing
😈 triplets assume one identify - Ford Mann
🐈 Heathen, the kitty
🔥 spicy scenes with all three men
✌🏽 fun with hands
🤬 miserable excuse for a parent

Genre/Tropes: Dark, RH
POV: 1st, Multiple
Series: Midnight Dynasty World
STEAM LEVEL: 🔥🔥🔥

Complex. Fast-paced. Sexy.

Those are the first three words that come to mind when I think of this intensely woven story set in the world of Midnight Dynasty. The plot appeared to be easy, the terror triplets invading the Croft World and interfering with Landry’s (Croft’s daughter) life, but instead it was so freaking detailed, twisted, hot af, confusing.

My heart ached for Landry. Gawd, her situation was horrific and so sad. I say horrific…it’s just horrible. And she’s stuck in it for one reason only, Della. That poor, sweet child. 😭 Ugh, I DESPISE their father.

Now for the terror triplets…Sparrow and Sully are unique, but normal. Scout, good lawd, he’s a hard character to empathize and understand. He’s not right in the head and despite his obsessive personality, I’m interested to learn more about him.

The plot is SO GOOD. No details because the twists just keep smacking you. And of course we have that killer cliffhanger. I’m assuming this will be at least a duet, maybe a trilogy and I’m totally okay with that because dang, can Kristi write or what? Lol

I know this is vague but if you’ve read K. Webster before, you know it’s going to be insane and you just gotta trust her. Any detail of this story is a spoiler and I can’t do that to you because it’s so good. I can’t wait for more, y’all!

bbbwaaaaaaahahahahahahahahaha .... ya'll, seriously *dries tears of laughter* you ain't ready!

Sidebar: If you plan on going on this journey, I would stop reading reviews and just dive in #trust

#villainsforthewin

Now that it’s release day, I’m gonna share a few things :)

If you’re new to the world(s) of K Webster, I wouldn’t exactly say this is not a good place to begin, but if you decide to begin here, just be aware that the triplets/villains of the story were introduced in the Cinderella trilogy and there might be some spoilers of that story ahead.

I’m not new to the word wizardry that is K Webster. I have read a good number of stories written by her with all kinds of themes and tropes and every time I read a new one, I fall a little bit more in love with her brain. It is spectacular how she can take a story where you pretty much already know the darkness yet make you completely apprehensive and #twitchy getting there! She is a master at her craft, and she does it repeatedly with all her stories!

The aspect of Triple Threat I liked best is the redemption or rather the growth of the triplets. The storyline isn’t that surprising, imo, but these three men captured my mind and held on to it. I don’t know exactly where K Webster is taking this story just yet. I know where I want her to take it but she’s probably going to surprise us all and upheave this entire story in the next book, Death Wish, because that’s what she does best!! And I am here for ALL OF IT!

Only K. Webster could make me like the triplets. Because walking into this book, I was seriously having second thoughts about reading it. I mean, these three were just awful, AWFUL in the Cinderella series. But she did it. She made me feel for them. Don't get me wrong, these three deserved what they got from Winston. I'm a HUGE Winston fan, so I knew it would be tough to change my mind on them, but alas it's changed.

Moving forward with this book...I loved that we got all three of their POV's. It helped really add to the story. While Scout, Sully, and Sparrow are different, they really are the same in so many ways. They each had a part and played it well. I felt so bad for Landry. I still have a couple of questions when it comes to her dad and her's relationship though. She's really trying to help her sister, Della, and keep her from her dad's wrath. I really liked Della and Sully's interactions. It made him more 'human'.

It was interesting to see the terror triplets become the triplets that want to protect someone. This ends on a huge cliffhanger so I will be patiently waiting for the next book. It can't come out soon enough!!!

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

ALL MY REVIEWS CAN BE FOUND ON MY BLOG: ABSTRACT BOOKS

line

Star Rating : 5/5 Star

POV : Mutliple

Cliffhanger : Yes

Hero : Sully , Sparrow , Scout

Heroine : Laundry

Pace of the story : Moderate

Angst Rating : 6/10

Heat Rating : 7/10

Triggers Involved : Past Trauma , *will update after the release

Plot Summary :
Sully, sparrow and scout had everything taken from them. The one thing they had was their hope for a better and even that was taken from their step sister's boyfriend. So when they get a chance to piss him off, they jump at that opportunity quickly. What they don't expect is the casualty of risking their hearts.

Laundry has always had a tough life. She doesn't fear monsters. Not when she has to live with one. Not when she has to survive him everyday and save her little sister from him. So when she meets a new boy at school, something feels different. Every time she runs into it like he changes personality. He gives her a Whips plash but might be her hope out of this hell. Only she doesn't realize the danger she is in. Because she does not have one threat after her. She has Three.

Overall Opinion :
Only K. Webster. Only this freaking author can make me go nuts enough to literally beg her for a book about the villain side characters 🤣🤣🤣 I have been lowkey obsessed with the terror triplets ever since I met them in the Cinderella trilogu by her. I love bullies and when I saw three hot ones which were even identical? Yeah I went pretty crazy.

Now when I knew that she was actually giving them a story??? Omggg.. I went crazy. I have been waiting for this book for like ever 🔥 This book by her is officially my favorite read. The ending had me physically folded in agony because holy hell I need the next book!! That cliffhanger 🔥🔥🔥🔥 The terror triplets are so much more than you can expect and I loved seeing a more insight to thek in this book. I am so freaking grateful to her for giving them a story because they deserve it!

Definitely recommending this book to all the bully reverse harem readers out there. It's not actually a bully but more like a high school dark romance.

Seek. Defile. Destroy.

HOTNESS LEVEL: 🔥🔥🔥🔥
ROMANCE: ❤❤❤
PLOT: ✍️✍️✍️✍️
CHARACTERS: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
ENJOYMENT LEVEL: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Oh my goodness! What is wrong with me. I mean... I'm not supposed to like these guys because they were all sorts of wrong for any woman but... goddamn! I was hooked. The Mannford boys are bad for my wellbeing. They all had their own appeal but Sully seems to be taking the cake for me because he was nice to Della (Landry's sister). I mean, who doesn't like a guy who is nice to kids right?

The romance was a bit rushed but it was a given in most books like these so I can't complain. It did give me a lot of good sexual feels though lol which means this book was doing it's job right lol.

The plot was a little bit out there, kinda like a Mexican telenovela with the revenge and stuff. Surprisingly, it worked so well for me. I ended up just drinking it all in lol. I still scratch my head here and there that Landry is failing to notice the difference between the boys because she doesn't seem like an idiot to me. I actually quite like her resolve to keep her sister safe and all the things she's done so far to do that so it confuses me how she didn't see it. So that's the only thing that kinda didn't sit well with me.

This book isn't a work of art but hell I enjoyed it a lot so it deserves the five star rating I just gave it. Now I have to get the next book because that damn cliffhanger was just arrrggg.

I was a little sceptical of this book, because of the overall rating, but it was so fucking good. I loved the dynamic between the 3 of them and how they all cared for Landry in their own way. I have already downloaded the next book, so I guess I’m not sleeping tonight
