My entire life I've been groomed. Told I'm worthless and my opinions don't matter. That I'm forgotten, not needed, only alive for the pity of me. Every time I dared to step out of line, ask questions or stick my nose somewhere it didn't belong, I'd be chastised, beaten. Threatened to the point I almost gave up. The Reapers are always right. The Agenda is above all. My life is nothing. I may as well be dead.
A chance meeting, one orchestrated behind my back, led me here. To my birthplace, to the beginning and the end of it all. What's going to happen to the rest of us? The Tokens, the Free People, to the Sympathisers who fought for our freedom? Was all of this for nothing?
