With Pete's incident over, four months have passed. Oliver and his friends become second years. As the new school year comes, a terrifying teacher appears. Like last year, they reversely take care of their new juniors.

On a rest day, they depart for the town. However, because of the last volume's incident, someone is seen to be suffering from the aftereffects of it. Even though there are few battles scenes in this volume, various bonds become stronger and deeper. During this time, they are enjoying their lives to the fullest. منها إنقاذ كاتي,معركة تحديد ألاقوى,أختطاف بيت ريستون من قبل سلفادوري أوفيليا
دخول ثلاثي شيلا ناناو اوليفر للمتاهة وصولهم للطابق الثلاث
و ميلغان حطت جريفون في مبارة بين طلاب سنة اولى فجاء.
‏فاالمجلد الرابع كان هادئ و ركز على حياة مدرسية و قصة حب بطلات لي أوليفر.
انضمت رسميا تيريزا كا طلبة في كيمبلي,وتظل تراقب سيدها أوليفر بالسر.
ايضا من سنة الثانية مسموح الذهاب للمدينة..لكن غالبا كيمبلي توفر كل مايريده طلاب من ثياب الى طعام او حتى موارد للأبحاث خاصة في المتاهة.

‏ظهور طلاب من مدرسة اخرى ينتمون لحقوق مخلوقات سحرية
ومن كرهم لطلاب كيمبلي الي يستغلون مخلوقات بطريقة سيئة
وتطور ألامر لمشاجرة لكن في النهاية فاز أوليفر و رفاقه
‏برضو هِنا كاتي أرت عائلتها مشهورة لأصحاب مطالبين بحقوق حيوانات السحرية.
وإذا ذهبت لمدرسة مختلفة ممكن ماتغيرت شخصيتها او ماتعرفت على ظلام سحرة وعن تعاملهم لي مخلوقات سحرية.
برضو صداقتها لي كيكدان سبب بكونها تتعلم أمور جديد وتظا ثابته على هدفها حاليا.
‏كل فصل اخذ يتكلم عن مشاعر ثلاثي لي أوليفر
ناناو فعلا تريد قتل أوليفر وهي متشوقة له ونفس الوقت تحبه
كاتي تخيلت وقع ناناو بالظلام بسبب جنون بالنهايةِ، ألامر غير مستبعد كثيرة من سحرة كيمبلي يحدث لهم سنويا
فهل أبطال إستثناء ؟ سؤال هل ستة وحاليا هم سبعة يُملكون سبع سنين مع بعض؟

كيف انه هو ماسك في حال سقوطها من مكنسة أثناء مبارة.
ويقلق على سلامتها دائما.
وعجيب انه هي اخذت first kiss 😪
‏نسيت سالفة إنتقام أوليفر هورن .
أوليفر قرر يقتل سبعة معلمين من مدرسة كيمبلي وينتقم لي وفاة كلوي هارفورد والدته.
بالمجلد عذب الكميائي داريوس وفي نهاية قتله .
في المجلد الرابع قرر إتخاذ إنريكو فرويقيرو كهدف لهم
إنكريو عجوز ١٠٠ سنة عمره مستعمل غولم ويدرس هندسة سحرية للطلاب .
‏إنريكو قوي جدا وطريقة قتاله ماهي سهلة وبالمجلد الخامس كان فصلين كامل عن معركة رفاق أوليفر مشتركين بالهدف ضده
٣٢ شخص يتقاتلون ضد مُعلم كيمبلي.

It is the start of the 2nd year at Kimberly for Oliver and his friends with a new and old classes, teachers and fellow students. Oliver keeps working on his ultimate goal of revenge, and a result has to struggle with how to mix his duty with his wishes even more so then in the first year.

Much like the previous books, the series shines in the complicated characters and keeping the reader guessing whether the gang remains together as friends or split up facing one another in some future volume. I also really like the dark world of magic, the eldritch nature and the control over the psyche it has over its wielders. We also get to see a bit more of the world outside of Kimberly, a world were mages and none-mages mix together, even though the naming convention of other countries are kind of silly. I love the mystery as well. What happened with Oliver's mother and the people involved with it?

As for the downsides, I am not an overly big fan of vengeance storylines even though in this case it is not a simple one. The magic is also a bit of a soft one, meaning some things feel a bit like a deus ex-machina and keeps you wondering a bit how much is actual magical growth (the mental growth being obvious) or the author just telling they have grown more powerful?

All in all, still really enjoying the series and looking forward to the next volume.

Pas le tome le plus passionnant de la série, mais on y retrouve quelques idées intéressantes au niveau du worldbuilding et l'introduction d'une nouvelle Spellblade.

C'est aussi un tome qui a une approche de la sexualité qui me laisse partagé, d'un côté on a tout un chapitre "cours d'éducation sexuelle dans le monde des mages" qui est pertinent et bienveillant (et développe un peu les personnages), et plus tard une scène de fanservice(?) pas franchement nécessaire.

This series now really seems to be hitting it's stride. In general, I feel like this author does a fantastic job at character development which is often sorely lacking in Japanese fantasy light novels. Now that the author has had a few novels to really find each character's voice, it's only getting better.
