This is the first book in a new series, off to an intriguing start and has definitely got my attention.
Julia has just bought herself her first house, thinking things were going ok. However when her ex married boyfriend who was her boss makes her redundant. Returning home she finds a letter telling her hat she is the beneficiary of a house in Sweden and to call a number. Intrigued she makes the call and thinking they’ve made a mistake she had no relatives or family in Sweden how could she have a house? She makes the journey where she meets Dan after a meet cute on her voyage it turns out that he is also the man dealing with her inheritance. They have chemistry and she definitely wants to act upon it but with all the uncertainty and mystery around her new house should she gamble on love and who has left her such an inheritance and why? This is only the start of the questions running around in her head.

When Julie inherits a house on a remote island in Sweden she makes the trip where she meets a handsome lawyer along the way. This is a well written read with an intriguing storyline and interesting characters. Tempted is book one of the Secrets, Lies & Curves series and after that cliffhanger ending I can't wait to read the rest of the series.

Julie learns she just inherited a property in Sweden from a stranger. Dan is the handsome lawyer handling the anonymous case. Dan and Julie are instantly attracted to each other. Julie has so many questions and Dan so few answers. What is Katrina daughter of the previous owner doing in the house?

Confusing
While I enjoyed Dan and Julie’s story, I am hard pressed to connect any other bits of the layered story line. I hope the next installment makes the underlying plot line more clear.

Great start to the series. Intrigue and suspense and a little bit of heat. Julie and Daniel are great characters, well written dialogues and it has both characters POVS which I like. It does end on a cliffhanger but I’m already invested so off to download book 2.

Tempted. I enjoyed this book! I was captured by this story. It got my mystery and suspense mind flowing. Julie is in for an adventure she never expected.
