I enjoyed this heartwarming story of two people who have lost their partner. Have been grieving . Link and Haley have been brought together by her children.
Last book in this series 😪 - This story is about Lincoln Sutter, who is a lawyer. I really loved this story. Loved his interaction with his client's children, especially 6 year old Georgie. Charming characters and nice storyline. 5☆
I like the characters a lot and the story is pleasant. I seriously needed an epilogue on this one. It ended too abruptly. I guess the author is saving the things that come after for the next series but it makes for an unsatisfying ending to this one.
I couldn't help but laugh at the first part of this story. What six year old takes a cab to go looking for a lawyer? He really thinks his mother is going to do him in for jumping on her bed and breaking a antique lamp. It only gets better from here.
Here is another author who knows how to keep her readers interested in the story. I liked the fact that there is no violence, sex, and dragged-out drama.
"Money is not what life is about. Does it buy ease and comfort? Absolutely. But it doesn't buy love or happiness... Or good health."
Keep reading the rest of the series, you will not be disappointed. Happy reading!
A nice ending to the Sutter Brothers ser, Lincoln is the oldest, a widower who lost his wife tragically. Haley is the town's best-kept secret, being the mysterious billionaire behind the new ski resort. Her sons are priceless, from the six-year-old who wants to hire Linc to represent him to the teenager who is afraid to upset his mother. They are all trying to come to terms with, while learning to live with their grief. Still , it's a sweet story.
i am laughing because i see this is the last book in this series so far??! any who ...on Bookbub (do check them out if you are wishing for FREE reads and cheaper costing books. so awesome!!) it was said to be FREE ...i am new to Cynthia's writing ...enjoyable book cover. "The Sutter Brothers" series. inspirational romance. western romance. contemporary romance. out July 28, 2021. i enjoy the humor. i will read more from this series soon ...and from Cynthia ...fun times. get to reading.
I didn’t finish it. It’s a little cheesy for me. The little boy at the beginning felt so unbelievable the way he talked and the reason he went to see this lawyer. It felt like one of those old tv shows where the kids sound obviously scripted because 6 year olds don’t really sound the way they’re depicted when they talk like this boy is written. And I can just tell it’s just not for me by the writing.
I don't believe I've ever read a series that I've given all books of five. But this series was so good, so well written, excellently edited, and flowed so smoothly that I would have loved to give them all a 10. I would recommend this series to anyone who wants to read about seven marvelous Cowboys and the women they meet that make them happy.
It was so nice to finally meet and get to know Linc. This is another sweet & easy read. She's a widow with 2 boys he's a widower having a tough time moving on. They're able to make the journey together
An absolutely awesome story. Clean and wholesome. I just loved little Georgie. This author pulled at my hear strings. I love HEA romance stories. And this was one of the best I've read in long time
This was a great contemporary romance full of joy and happiness as a couple come alive again after the grief of losing b their spouses. Very well written and full of laughter.
Story of entire family finding love again after great loss of loved ones. Learning to face how you can move on after grief and how two young boys open up regarding their fears when meeting a lawyer who took them as clients. Good story!
Circumstances brought 2 people together and made grieving an emotion instead a way of life. Children can turn life into a celebration and joy without realizing how wonderful they are
I really enjoyed this book. Two people who had each lost their spouses found each other. I'd like to believe that people like this actually exist - people who don't only think of themselves, but put others first. Good reading!
Great book. Even though it’s the last book in a series, it held up file as a standalone story. I was captivated by the first few sentences of the book. Love all of the main characters. Can’t wait to work my way through the series.
This is such a sweet story. It filled my heart with peace and joy. It represented good family values and gave examples of how to negotiate where everyone wins!!
Read all six books of this series. Good story lines. Believable wholesome characters. Romance WITHOUT detailing sex acts down to every nitty gritty detail. Great clean read.
It is hard to imagine that much wealth, but great to ready a story with the money being put to good use. The characters are great. Even the moose is interesting. Good story.
