Inspiring

This collection of intensely personal sagas offers understanding and hope to all of us searching for our true selves. Although the journeys seem similar, the destinations are varied and individual. A good read for personal introspection.

This book is beautiful and so vulnerable. I'm in awe of each of the authors and grateful they shared their story.

Read this book if you enjoy rebirth, internal reflection, and being a powerful woman.

This composition of stories follows several women on their personal journeys to finding their own truth and become "uncaged" from society norms. What do we as individuals feel like we "should" do versus what we "want" to do? Each story brings a refreshing point of view for you to connect with or follow along with. You are sometimes posed with questions at the end that allow you to reflect back on what you read and relate it to yourself. No journey is the same and the book stays true to that narrative.

I may be a bit bias on this book as one of my best friends is an author in it but I loved it through and through. Some stories I felt like were written for me and other stories gave me perspective on things I have never experienced. I find spiritual healing and understanding to be very profound and the focus on this book allows you to interpret based on your own beliefs. I can't recommend this book enough if you are looking for a reflective book that doesn't feel too "self help-y."
