Leaving an “Enduring Legacy” and the story of the Dalais family for generations to come. The story begins with one family burned at the stake as witches because of the closed mindedness of an evil man who incited a whole town against them. and yet their legacy lived on in their children and their children’s children and so on.

I honestly thought I would not get through Dawn Browers first tale that sets the book up, though I was in tears, I couldn’t put it down. While there is beautiful romance, there is also pain, emotional turmoil, secrets and more twists and turns than a country road.

I enjoyed each of these stories immensely. I’m so glad I read this collection because it was a wonderful reading experience that featured such well-known and talented authors I regularly read. And then of course I was treated to the works of several new authors such as Rebecca Lovell, Torie James, Clair Brett, Christina McKnight, and Leona Bushman. I’m thrilled to have discovered them and look forward to reading more of their stories.

Thank you to the author’s who created this wonderful, well written collection of fascinating stories, interesting characters and creative plots. I was thoroughly mesmerized by each and every story.

This collection contains stories of descendants from a family that suffered greatly during the Scottish witch trials.
While these are not true stories, they do highlight to the reader the true horror and devastation real victims of this time experienced.
Fourteen stories written by a variety of authors who have all taken the plot and run with it.
I actually thought this was a set of romance stories and though there is some, these will not have happy endings.
I found them to be emotional journeys which absolutely tore my heart out piece by piece.
Descriptive and well handled fiction that will have you shedding tears and add salt to your very tender wounds.

I wasn't sure how I would feel reading the rest of the book after the first story. While it was good, that one was hard to read because it did not have a happy ending at all. It takes placed during the witch trials in Scotland. The rest of the books follows their descendants and they were very good stories. The only thing I wish they would have included would have been a family tree so you could have seen which characters came from who. Overall I really enjoyed reading it!

Fourteen stories of the Dalais family tree. Totally hooked on this unique line of stories, starting with Scotland and witches, and continuing down the family tree. Interesting characters with twists and surprises that keep you in suspense. Romance, drama and secrets that get your heart pumping. Well written and not always a welcome ending.

Wonderful set of books with some twist and turns and each. There is some drama and romance There is also some unexpected events and characters to help tell the story. Each book has some interesting and entertaining characters. There are some unexplained events that captures your imagination and keeps you reading until the end. Good set of books.

Enduring Legacy is a collection of stories about the Dalais descendants. Thirteen original stories all interconnected and once you start reading them you will not want to put them down. The writing is well done, the characters are interesting and the stories are packed with intrigue, mystery, suspense, romance, family drama, magic, secrets, and great storylines. Enduring Legacy is a wonderful multi-author anthology and contains the stories of the Dalais descendants. These stories are engaging and some are quite emotional, telling the tales of a family during the sixteenth-century Scotland witch trials. I loved this anthology and put it on my TBR-again list.

This is a wonderful set of 14 books that will just have you drooling. Some of these stories will take you through a multitude of emotions and just have you wanting more!. They are all well written by various authors so you will be introduced to some favourites and some new. Very enjoyable reading.
