Rosewood Grove Fire Department Book 3 A Curvy Younger Woman and Alpha Firefighter Insta-love Romance
Abby Life as a schoolteacher wasn’t always easy. When a student’s house burned down, the principal asked me to contact the fire station. I reached out to Roman, a friend and captain at the station, and he assigned a firefighter to come talk to the students about fire safety. When the firefighter walked into my classroom, I almost couldn’t believe who I saw. It was Kole, my childhood best friend, and first crush. I hadn’t seen him since the day of the incident... And I didn’t know how to feel. After talking to the class, he wanted to catch up. Every fiber of my being wanted to, but my pride wouldn’t allow it. I couldn’t forget what happened that day.
Kole Seeing Abby completely took me by surprise. But as soon as I lay eyes on her, I realized just how much I had missed her. She didn’t seem all that happy to see me, so I respectfully kept my distance. That is, until Harris invited me to go for drinks with him and some of his girlfriend’s friends. I couldn’t believe Abby would be there. She ended up needed a ride home. I was happy to help. And to have a chance to explain what happened that day long ago. I just hoped she would give me a chance, and be willing to make up for lost time together.

First things first; I like the cover of this book! Kole is the third book in the ‘’rosewood grove fire department’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Kole and Abby were childhood best friends until they went to separate high schools. Years later and Kole is back in town. When he reunites with Abby will they give love a chance? The chemistry between Abby and Kole is clear to see and I liked them together. I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this book! The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.
This is book three in the Rosewood Grove Fire Department series. She is a school teacher that has asked the fire chief if someone can come and give tips to her class on fire safety. He is the chief's new hire. These two were friends as they grew up but things happened and their friendship ended due to something happening. These two are shocked to see one another after the time they have been apart. But now that he is there in her class how will these two act? Can they talk things out like adults? Will there be a friendship, lovers, or just acquaintances?

I like that these stories have potential, but it's tiresome at times to read. The dialogue, both internal and external, seems somewhat juvenile. As if the characters were in high school not nearly thirty-year old individuals. There just isn't any "feeling", no show just tell. I want to feel the steam between the characters, but it feels as if I'm reading a boring description of action. Where are the descriptions of the places and people? What do they look like? It almost seems as if the writing was rushed with very little thought to the whole picture. It's got good bones, but needs some serious fleshing out.
Abby, one of the book club girls and a school teacher, had a child in her class who lost their home to fire. She contacted Roman to see if they could have a firefighter come in and give the kids a fire safety briefing. He had a new hire who was more than willing to do it. Kole already knew Abby, they grew up together but parted on bad terms. Abby was less than thrilled. After a while they talked. Read the book to see what transpires. It's a good reconnecting story. :)
This is book number 3 of the Rosewood Grove Fire Department series and focuses on Kole and Abby. They were best friends growing up and had both developed much deeper feelings for each other but their friendship was cut short due to a misunderstanding. When they see each other again years later it was definitely not smooth sailing but they realized that the person that they had been waiting on was right there. This was a really good story and a great addition to the series.

This short, second chance romance is told in dual POV by Abby and Kole. Abby is a first grade teacher and Kole is a firefighter. They were best friends when they were kids but something happened that sent them in opposite directions. Is this their chance to reunite for something more than friendship? I like this story! Since they knew each other, they already have a foundation to build on. Misunderstandings are reconciled quickly and it has a cute epilogue.

Kole was an amazing second chance romance by Sara Jones. Its Book 3 in the Rosewood Grove Fire Department series but can be read on its own. When Abby invites the local fire department to come speak to her class about fire safety, she does not expect to be reunited with Kole. Abby and Kole were best friends growing up but a misunderstanding tore them apart. Will this be their second chance at a HEA?
Another fabulous read in this series Small Town, Man in Uniform. This is the story of Kole a firefighter and the woman that he falls for Abby. A entertaining second chance at love for these two. The story flows well, the characters are likeable. I am looking forward to read more in this series.
