This has some really nice mindfulness exercises and ones you can incorporate into your work day.

This book does what it says,gives you 50 techniques to pause and boost metal health. This book isn't like the other mental health boos by giving us information we already know this book gives you REAL mental health tips with the science behind them. Highly recommend!
