This is a good suspense book that pulled me into the story and kept me turning pages. I enjoy any book by this author that I’ve read. The story takes place in the Mountains of Georgia and the pool guy is the villain. There’s lots of chases that kept me on the edge of my seat. The pool guy seemed to be everywhere but the Sheriff and his deputies never seemed to be able to find him. The book was entertaining and the suspense was gripping. The ending was beautiful with the last chapter surprising readers as the final page drew near. Debby Giusti has written another great suspense for her fans.
I recommend this book to readers of Love Inspired Suspense and Amish Fiction. This book can be read as a standalone.

This was a good heartwarming book that I enjoyed . It was a different genre than I usually read , but I needed a light happy read. Marti is visiting an Amish town in pursuit of a suspect in her case backin Atlanta . She ends up meeting Luke an ex cop she knows there and finds out he’s raising his brothers family and converting to the Amish faith. This is a Christian love story as well as a mystery . I’d recommend for anyone looking for a good story with a happy ending.

This was my first time reading a Loved Inspired Amish Mystery by Debby Giusti so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say it was a pretty decent one.
The Characters were interesting and intriguing to read about. Sadly none of the characters became my favorites.
The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was in Northern Georgia while reading especially when the scenery was described!!
Overall a Good Love Inspired Amish Mystery!! Can't wait to read more by Debby in the future!!

My review today is on the Love Inspired Suspense, Smugglers in Amish County. Debby is one of my favorite authors. Her Amish stories are incredible. This one is well-written, action-packed, and full of intrigue. I know you are going to love it.
Atlanta Police Officer Marti Sommers was following a utility truck just like the one that had raced past her the day of the theft and double homicide. She had made a rookie mistake and had been told to back off the investigation but she couldn't let it go. Could this be another robbery? Would more people die? A young Amish girl approached the man. He pulled a gun on the girl. Marti stepped in; the man shot at her, the teen ran off, and the man attacked her. She dropped her gun. She grabbed the teen and put her in her vehicle. What was going on here?
Detective Luke Lehman was injured in the robbery and homicide that Marti was a part of her. She had been late in responding. Marti brought his niece home after they had been attacked. He hadn't known that she was selling cosmetics. Marti would go undercover and be bait for this smuggling ring. After all, it was her fault he had been injured and another officer had died. It was only right.
A harrowing journey in Amish country with cold-blooded thieves and killers on the trail. God has a plan for these two. A good plan for hope and a future. God has a plan for you too; of peace and not destruction even in this time of war and political chaos. Give Him your heart and watch Him move in your life.

Smugglers in Amish Country is another amazing mystery written by Debby Giusti. This author knows how to grab the readers interest within the first few pages and keep them entertained throughout the entire story. When all is revealed in the conclusion it will leave the reader shaking their heads as to trusting people. The characters are well developed and add great interest to the story.
I was not given a complimentary copy of this book to read and review. I was not approached to post a favorable response and all opinions are my own. I have rated this story with five stars for meeting my expectations of a wonderful story that I can highly recommend to others.

If your looking for a really good Mystery that has great characters with a heartwarming storyline this book is for you.
Right from the first page you will be drawn into twist and turn. Mountains of ups and downs and pools of highs and low’s but one thing is a certain in this wonderful book it will not disappoint! Every character will pull you in with their one special unique quality and love for the family unit and community they live in.
I can tell you true to form with Mysteries this one will keep you guessing right up to the last pages and you will love every single minute of it. I highly recommend this book.

3. It’s a who dunnit about smuggling something that keeps the reader guessing.

You will be intrigued with this great book by Debby Giusti, from the very beginning and will find it hard to put down. It is action-packed and filled with lots of twists and turns. The characters are so real and lovable, especially Marti, Luke and Luke's nieces and nephews. If you enjoy Amish fiction with an exciting plot, this book is sure to please.

A awesome mystery, that kept me guessing the entire time. The book was well written and the characters were likable.

August 25, 2022I just finish Smugglers in Amish Country by Debby giusto., the cover was great, the story was so emotional at times, suspense almost they out the book, but so very good, I give it a 5 star review, kids in the book made it 100 percent good!

I love the Author's books. I know this story would pull me in with plenty of action and adventure. The relationship with Marti & Luke was heart- warming and likable.

Excellent book. I have always enjoyed stories set in Amish communities, so this one was a winner in my book.
