Join Jack and the gang on another unforgettable adventure, full of magic and mayhem - for fans of The Famous Five and Roald Dahl.
Everything changed the day Jack and his neighbours Bruno and Rocco went to explore the old empty house.
There they discovered a strange girl called Blossom, who introduced them to a world of magic - talking to animals, flying like birds, and even... a doorway to another world, hidden within the ivy-covered walls of the old house.
Now the gang have gone through the doorway, looking for Blossom's missing dad, the man who made the magic.
But finding him will be just the start of the adventure, as Blossom's dad has a mission for the gang, and they're going to need all the magical powers they can get.
This was just as much of a fun, magical, quick read as the 1st. Both books are absolute perfect summer reads. They have a “mission” in this one, & I loved the whole idea of it, & wished it were possible in real life. An elephant is ridden in the book, & is shown being ridden on the cover-& y’all should know by now how wrong I believe that is in real life. (To understand why, just read more reviews I’ve done with something similar in the book-I go into detail.) These are just fun fantasy kids books though, & I understand why kids would love that. I just hope parents are letting them know that in real life, it’s not ok. ANYWAY, I thinks kids will devour these! There’s a door to a magical world, talking animals, amazing friendship, adventure, mystery, getting to fly like a bird for one of them, & even maybe a Dodo bird! Don’t know if there will be more, but I hope so! Highly recommend! Absolutely beautiful covers front & back, with beautiful illustrations sprinkled throughout too by Alice McKinley!💜
