I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.
Sophie isn’t your normal nineteen year old she’s basically bringing up her brothers and sisters and working full time in her friends bakery whilst her parents swam around living the life that they want. The day she meets Caden she nearly drops the delivery she was taking to the offices. His eyes lock on to her and she can’t look away, it’s a feeling she’s never had before it what would a man like him see in a girl like her, he has the world at his feet. Is she willing to risk her heart for love?
Caden was meant to be on vacation but in his world that’s not something he’s ever been able to do, so visiting a friend at work seemed like the thing to do until the woman he had no idea existed fell to her knees in front of him behind boxes of donuts. Suddenly taking a holiday seemed like a dream come true but will he be able to convince his destiny to give them a chance at forever?
Cute quick read, I loved Sophie and her sense of responsibility but wish she had told her parents to get real. Enjoyed this quick romance with all the feels. 4 donutty stars.

Sophie's whole world revolves around her sister and brothers because their parents are always off to some place leaving Sophie to take up the responsibility for her siblings. She is a nineteen year old who holds down a job and taking care of her family when she should be experiencing life. Everything changes when she takes an order to one of their customers that lands her at the knees of Caden! Caden couldn't believe the vixen who landed right n front of him but his mind is telling him that she belongs to him! Will he find the same happiness that his brother has? I am volunteering to leave a review for an ARC of this book.

This is book number 2 of the Bourbon Falls series and focuses on Caden and Sophie. Caden is Ace's brother (book 1) and is in Bourbon Falls for a vacation. He is a complete workaholic who is feeling burnt out. Sophie works at a bakery and is helping to raise her siblings since her parents are really flaky. There is an instant attraction between the 2 and Caden realizes pretty quickly that he just found his one and only. This was a wonderful, fast paced story! It was a great addition to the series!

Hot but very simple

The story is good, but I often felt like chapters, events were missing. For example, there is no going back on the acts of the parents of Sophie who at 19 is more mature than them and who deprives herself of everything to take care of her brothers and sisters, while their behavior has an impact on Sophie's life.
The romance part with Caden is hot, but it also made me feel like things were missing at times.

This is Book 2 in the Bourbon Falls Series. I liked the storyline. Caden is in Bourbon Falls to watch over Dixon Landscaping for his brother, Ace. He meets Sophie when she stumbles into the office with a bakery delivery. Sophie and Caden are instantly attracted to each other. I only wish this had more substance. How did they tell her family?

I read an ARC via the author and I'm voluntarily choosing to review it.
While out on a delivery Sophie runs into Caden. Sparks fly and they go out on a date. Ended kinda quick but nice overall.

I enjoyed reading Caden & Sophie story. I am so glad that she finally found a balance of taking care of her siblings but also having a life of her own.
