Another thrilling and engaging read!
The Duelist has to be my current favorite series by Eric Vall, and #6 has to be the best yet!
I love the interactions between characters, the comradery and friendship makes for fun and entertaining banter between the more serious conflicts.
But it's the love and adoration Alex has for his wives and lovers that make this book the best! And each is a brilliant fierce and intelligent woman in their own right with stories of their own.
Just makes you unable to put the book down, and this one was no different!

Solid book 6
Book 6 was awesome. We’ve been on Terr with our heroes trying to avoid civil war, fighting to overcome deep seated prejudices and mistrust and just as things are looking up they are met with betrayal and injury. Shay and Horus are out for the count injured for most of the book. Alex has descend into Terr and hope he can unite the lower echelon in enough time to bring the fight to the upper echelon.
Book 6 was awesome. Are we there yet
That's exactly how I felt reading book 6, it long and filler to get progress for the people of Terr. I'm glad the lower-tier
will now have the opportunity for a better life and not poisoning themselves working in the Mines. So glad Hess was
and him working with Rylan father and how confrontation will be between him and Alex for Rylan.
Hope book7 is way better missed the rest of the clan.

Closing in on the bad guys!

I just can't get enough
Another very good entry in The Duelist series. The book is well paced with plenty of action of both kinds. Some major plotpoints have been pushed forward in this story, especially Shay and Horus. Things are looking up for Asher Brightwood. Can't wait to see what they get up to next.

Love this series
I have really enjoyed the series. The characters are great. I like the depth of the storyline and how things are coming together, while they keep building for the next book.

A future peace
This is one truly unique and fantastic story. The setting and overall world are truly incredible and I can't get enough of the characters journey and growth! I eagerly await the next one!

ENTERTAINING READ
Alex works to gain the trust of the lower tier of the population of Terr. Spirits, ancient wolf men, and corrupt lords abound. I can feel the emotions of the characters as the plot unfolds. I like the action, humor, intrigue, and lust/love. I look forward to the next book.

Great installment of the Duelist Series!
This has become my new favourite series! Vall, as always, never disappoints! We see Bright wood and family Silk in Terr, and working to unite the two factions of Terr reptilian race that Vall it home. With Shay's powers on the fritz and more traveler drama, its a fast pace to see how Brightwood will handle this challenge!
