The Guided Journal is a must-have companion for this book. It has a lot of space to write in and guides you into some tough questions.
This set would be a great asset to a youth group and as a parent to guide and direct your children into social media. You may keep them off of social media but the reality is one day they will grow up and explore social media themselves. Why not guide them while they are young through the trenches of social media.
This is such a great companion to Sadie’s book, “Who Are You Following?” If you haven’t read the book yet, I 100% suggest it. It’s one of my favorite books she has ever written, and it is really what the world reads right now. I also suggest reading the book and doing this guided journal at the same time—even though that’s not how I did it I believe it really would have helped me as I navigated through the book. I absolutely love how challenging and Sadie is throughout this journal. She really goes deep into some hard things and hopes you will take the leap with her. Definitely needed to the guided journal. It really put some things in perspective for me and made me go out of my comfort zone and deal with some things I’ve been ignoring for quite some time.

I loved reading the book and being able to answer the additional questions in this guided journal. I am grateful for Sadie’s honesty and heart felt words. I highly recommend this book. It’s message is uplifting, inspiring and highly motivational.
I read this book over a year ago so I went through a lot of this stuff already. Although this was mostly new information, I've thought through a lot of the journal questions already. If I would've done the guided journal when I read the book, it would've been a better experience I'd say.
I really enjoyed this coursework, especially the early chapters. The early chapters truly helped me to reframe social media and who I am following and why. The work with God is deep, but I also enjoyed.
If you are reading the book you need to get the guided journal. It takes what is said in the book one step further and gives you space to answer questions and reflect on what you are reading!
Just love her books and how relatable they are for my phase of life! Finished her today , usually I read a chapter a day but got an inkling to finish today and I did!!
This book is a great reminder that makes us reflect on who are we following? The world (temporary things) or Jesus (and the eternal gifts of heaven) Sadie Robertson Huff NEVER disappoints in writing a book!
* This goes more in depth based off the regular book. It asked good questions and is a great reflection on where you’re putting your time and really helps you rearrange your priorities and retrain yourself on how social media is fake at the end of the day. The opinions of others don’t define you, only God can.
