Terrific reporting that includes dozens of interviews from former and current intelligence officials. The consequences of the Obama-era Russian reset were grievous and, as a result, we’re still reeling from the effects. As a result of the Russian reset, Russia has taken 25% of our uranium, stolen a large amount of technology from Silicon Valley, and has felt emboldened to invade Ukraine. This could’ve been stopped and actions from Obama, Biden, and Clinton actually all actively encouraged this, as this book shows. The timing of deals and the shadiness of the actors involved shows that this wasn’t just government ineptitude but perfectly intended to happen. John Solomon and his coauthor deserves a lot of praise for this exposé.

This showcase the type of brilliant Bi partisan journalism that is missing in the main stream media. The neck deep corruption & greed of Clinton’s, Obama & Biden’s(Burisma), never got exposed and investigations never sped up to see the light of the day ( main stream media is complicit in hiding this corruption i.e. CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, FOX, NY times, WP ).
Due to Russia Trump collusion hoax the Uranium One deal FBI probe got stymied. Uranium One deal also shows how Clintons, Obama & Biden with foreign allies sold USA for personal profits and influence. Through this deal and series of deals tied to this, Putin secured a controlled demolition of America. This book is comprehensive, detailed with citations & a must read.

In these days of an incessant and sometimes reckless 24 hour news cycle, I’m always interested in more in-depth, detailed, and cited reporting of the stories that entrenched politicians would prefer we ignore. The swampier it gets, the more need for intrepid reporting. This deep dive on Uranium-one deal was pretty fascinating and far-reaching.

New to me: Russia’s copycat answer to Silicon Valley - called Skolkovo -a shady anomaly in a land built on raw materials.

Obama promised Hope & Change

We hoped he would change the economic landscape, instead we got the shaft. America changed but not for the better - we became a Communist country, a real life Animal Farm. Obama kissed Putin's arse & licked his behind for some lie in the sky pseudo-communism that would have Joe McCarthy turning cartwheel in his grave. McCarthy got it right, he got the timing wrong - off by a decade or so. Barry gave Putin the keys to the kingdom & sold America down the river.

We got hope, just not the kind Obama promised us & we got Change - COMMUNIST change.

Maybe I would have enjoyed it more if I had read it. There are a lot of names to keep track of. I need to listen to it again. Overall, it was OK. Maybe not quite what I expected. I do, however, have a much better understanding of the Clinton, Biden, and Obama behind the scenes machinations. I have never trusted them. They always seemed slimy to me. Still do. Obama looked slick but was a rotten president. Like lipstick on a pig. Trump is the pig without the lipstick. What you see is what you get. At least his underlying policies are good.

A must read book for anyone who wants to know what really went on in the White House with regard to Russia over the last 12 years. It’s hard to put into words the disgust I have for the media and the Obama administration. They really pulled the wool over Americans’ eyes. It is so sad that our elected officials don’t care at all about the people they pretend to represent and instead use their office to line their pockets and sell us out to the highest bidder. If you want to know what really happened in the Ukraine and who is really in bed with Russia, I highly recommend this well researched book. I listened to the audiobook version of the book and enjoyed it. Although, I think I would have preferred to read the book because there is so much detail that for me it’s better to actually “read” rather than listen. Though John Solomon does a fantastic job of reading his own book.

This book revolves in of providing context that describe and provide very low level literal illustration. The literal illustration provide text descriptions that are completely contradicting, unrelated information, and opinion based rationale that does not correlate with any topic.

The book provides many situations of the government. Of when political plans were intended to be in of the benefit of the Government. Which the government did accomplish. And. The benefit of the government was to utilize these trash political stories. What people would call political scandal stories. To deceive the people into believing something that is not real. So that the government will be able to attain their actual intentions. Their actual political personal endeavors.

An in depth description of the rise of Vladimir Putin from a KGB officer in the former Soviet Union to the most powerful man in Russia as it's leader and controller of its energy resources through his cronies and how he dealt with anyone who stood in his way, no matter how wealthy they were, redefining how a dictator keeps his power.
He then tried and succeeded to control most of the world's uranium reserves to be leveraged later by compromising the Obama Presidency.
Ironically Putin entwined Obama , Hillary Clinton and Biden into his corrupt oligarchic world with a string of complicated deals and also billions in aid going missing in Ukraine yet the Democrats used the fabricated Steele dossier to connect Trump and Putin and imply collusion with the help of a friendly media.

This wasn't a Peter Schweizer tell all book on political corruption by any means. It wasn't especially bad but it lacked organization and seemed to wander between hit points. I can see why few made this a talking point in 2020 pre-election time. It does one thing well... it reminds US that the Clintons did the Same things as the Obamas and Bidens, scamming cash from every organization and nation state they could; caring Nothing about what from US they had to give in return.

3.5 really. Another solid summary of RussiaGate with plenty of right wing red meat. Well researched and annotated. The writing definitely gets bogged down by the subject. Some chapters repeat information as if this book was a compilation of newspaper articles.
