What I liked the most about this book, is that how not only it was helpful but it also was very interesting to read. The writing style was easy to understand and follow. The book will also help you understand that tying our self worth into our body weight can be harmful for your happiness.

If you are in need of a companion for your health or weight loss journey, then this book is a perfect read for you. Not only it is very helpful and informative, but it also is very intresting. In the first introduction itself the author writes about her journey and how her beliefs about health shifted as she started learning about nutrition.

The Code of a Healthy Mind: Discover the Health Mindset and Start Living Your Healthiest and Happiest Life is an amazing compilation by Tatiana Keay. The book does not limit to provide guidance for the better health and lifestyle changes, but it also serves as a handy and composed self-help guide for all individuals.

I really appreciate the amount of research work that had been made by the author for bringing in such a fantastic guide. The author emphasizes on the way we usually neglect health issues due to the stressful and busy life and the ways we easily cultivate the habits for better lifestyle developments. The author has introduced various tools, scientific evidence, and guidance to create positive, long last behavior change. The impact on the way we eat and what we eat on our body has been very well explained in this book.

The book is brilliantly structured with three unique categories, and it includes various recommendations on diets and exercises that one can easily perform despite their busy schedule. The language used in the book is simple and yet it explains all the topics with accuracy. The cover page of the book is simple, and the title is suitable for the book. I would rate this book with 4 out of 5 stars.

There is no way through which we can change the genetics or substitute the hereditary traits that we were born with that constitute to a certain body shape and size.

However what we can do, what is in our hands, is that we can administer and have sort of control over the nutrition that nourish our bodies.

Eating a balanced and healthy diet is not only required and important for weight loss, but those who do not suffer from these issues should also practise this lifestyle to be safe from chronic conditions.

‘The Code of a Healthy Mind’ by Tatiana Keay RD is something which is not only a guide book that tells us on what to eat but also shows us how leading a healthy lifestyle and by making few basic and minor changes in our day to day life can result in having a major impact and effect on our minds as well.

It is rightly said that you are the happiest when you are the healthiest and this notion has been portrayed and depicted ingeniously through out the book.

Often we may wonder or come across a situation wherein we see someone going on a diet or adopting a certain regimen that will make them loose weight rapidly, however even if we take up the same course of actions, we don't get the results.

In this case, the book tells us how the discrepancy lies in the ethos of the individual and hence it becomes extremely necessary that we adopt and take up a healthy mindset in order to get the desired outcome. I'm going to give this book FIVE HEALTHY STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The book is a beautiful narration based on improving self-image, incorporating the real definition of health, prioritising nutrition and betterment in life, self-acceptance by rewiring the beliefs one have in oneself, shunning what people think of how they judge you through your experience and instead instilling a healthy mind and understanding the importance of food, habits by understanding the ‘why’ which we are mostly unaware of.

We often follow preconceived notions and believe what others believe in us. This causes guilt and shame and loss of confidence. But when we start believing that nothing is wrong in our body but we need a change in mindset, perhaps that work in a good way. For instance, the author has described we'll about a dieter’s mindset and a healthy mindset.

Coming to the cores of mindset, a wonderful model, theoretically termed as TFW or TFB is described which affect the important decisions in life. It starts with the initial belief system, which is formed right from our childhood. The experiences and the environment shape our conscience and belief. And it becomes the base of the model. Based on beliefs, we feel and enact or behave likewise, which is the outcome. This is how our belief system is wired, however slight tweaks, change and lead to positive outcomes.

While understanding what health is, the optimal tools, methods and ways that can change eating habits and bring an optimistic change in the lifestyle is the ultimate goal of the narration. It is very thoughtful, insightful and can be referred to at times when we tend to follow stringent diets just to lose body fat, while we should rather see it as a long term goal of happiness, a happy mind and a body. Do read this book and start seeing the subtle changes in your life.

What does health mean to you? For women, more often than not health is taken to mean the weight of the person. There is too much emphasis on how much one weighs, so what follows is body image issues and an unhealthy mindset when it comes to health and food. Women often develop a diet mindset categorising food into categories of good and bad food and counting each and every calorie they intake, not only is this method unsustainable but also harmful in long run.

The code of a healthy mind in this context can be an eye opener and a life saviour. This book is written in a very simple language and can help the readers in developing a healthy mindset when it comes to food and long-term health goals. It can make one see the drawbacks of diet mindset and also help them in loving themselves by making them realize that their self worth and happiness doesn't depend on how much they weigh.

This book can help you in changing your self - destructive attitude towards health and food. It is a great book which should be read by everyone, especially females. It is a short book but it is very insightful, helpful and practical. A great read indeed!

Health is the term right?
Everyone somehow prefers to look after their health while this pandemic has been ready to eat up one's entire immunity. I liked the concept of the book which comes up in a manner totally appealing. The book speaks of various aspects and introduces tips and tactics which one wouldn't have learnt ever before. Author appears to be a life doctor through this book and narrates important things in a beautiful way. The way author speaks on diet and it's importance and the way charts have been portrayed to make one understand things in an easy manner is totally commendable. The plot line is designed well whereas the length of the book is quite shorter than expected. Although the matters of health aren't simple to deal with, one can deal with them in a smart way like the way this book helps one. I'm kind of easily convinced with this book and the words author has proposed.
Narration is simple and in layman's term. Cover looks pretty good and the title is what the content of the book is based upon.

Often one finds the aspect of health to be the primary thing or a thing about concern. This book makes one grow more serious about the health in terms of mental peace and healthy diet. We often believe that eating anything and then walking for a while digests things in the stomach but that's not the truth one thinks of. In actual, there are a few select things which don't tend to digest their existence in the intestine. That's when this book turns into a perfect master guide to make one understand if different needful, important and essential things. Author has performed a commendable work by writing down about the main thing called healthy mind. This book has more than just one code to unlock ways to live with a healthy mind and happy soul. The narration is made in lucid terms and is somehow also made available as an interesting read. The book's good and the content is quite worthy to be acknowledged by humans in regular life.

The book is not only about the insights of weight-loss, it is about the perception one has towards the relevant things in life.⁣

The book is about the process of self exploration and awakening of the different approach. It is about letting your expressions get channelised through words with confidence and ease which are somehow resistant at our subconscious levels. ⁣

The narration has good sense of layering which would definitely grip the readers even if the readers do not agree in the beginning. But, slowly and steadily, the narration would let the readers feel it with essence and then come to a conclusion. Surprisingly simple and straightforward, the book is bound to make readers confident enough with one's own self. ⁣

The book is not only meant to be read only by women but anyone with an open heart can gather what it has to offer!⁣
