Witchy Activity Joy
What a fun and inspirational witch activity book! This book has places for you to explore different aspects of witchcraft, from the wheel of the year to crystals to astrology to deities… and so much more. The author provides a framework and some lovely images, but you do the work to fill in what you discover in your magical research or that you feel as you work with objects like crystals or herbs. The book has traditional activity book puzzles as well, like word searches and crossword puzzles. I particularly liked the images in this book. The book is filled with beautiful (mostly) feminine energy. As one who's loved astrology for even longer than she's considered herself pagan, I love all the Sun and Moon imagery, though my favorite is the image in the astrology section with planets dangling like jewels from the person's fingertips! Very cool. This book covers many areas and would be perfect for someone who is just getting started in their discovery of their witchy side, perhaps unsure about which practices and beliefs draw them. But this book is also excellent for those of us who have been practicing longer to condense our most prized information into one spot instead of being scattered between various books of shadows and grimoires. I like how the author provided what she calls “witchy tips” throughout. Most of these are very affirming, encouraging you to research and find what works for you. I love the openness, compassion, and the idea that it is just fine to—as Fleetwood Mac said—go your own way.
Along with the delightful planet image I discussed above, I’ll also share a research page intended for the reader to fill in; even her directions on this page encourage coming up with your own answers and following where that leads. (NOTE: This is with my Amazon review.)

This book is "witch activity book". It is a really cool and fun looking activity book and perfect for the witch. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
