Sebelumnya, Mizuho terus menghindari Narumi sejak mengetahui gelapnya masa lalu Narumi yang dibesarkan dengan kontrol perilaku yang ketat oleh ibunya yang psikiater. Continua la ricerca dei "tasselli" della vita di Haruka da parte di Mizuho.
In questo volume ciò diventa il pretesto per spostare l'attenzione sul personaggio di Hikaru Narumi, e per indagare i motivi che l'hanno portato a diventare ciò che è.
Benché sia ad una prima che ad una seconda lettura, la questione dell'esperimento portato avanti dalla madre di Narumi sui propri figli non mi sia piaciuta molto, essa permette una profonda riflessione su come l'ambiente possa influenzare l'intera esistenza di una persona.
A questo punto della storia, Mizuho decide di prendere in mano la propria vita per costruire un "futuro che esplode di colore", e, grazie all'aiuto della tata Nanao, riesce ad accettare i sentimenti che prova e ad utilizzare la freddezza che la contraddistingue come uno strumento a suo vantaggio per analizzarli e salvarsi.
Come al solito molto belli i disegni, soprattutto quelli dei riquadri più grandi.

I was really satisfied with revelation in this one even tho the main mystery still unanswered. This time around, we follow Mizuho going against her better judgement to still go to Narumi's house and confront his 'ridiculousness' again & again. Now that I've been through 4 volume of the series, one conclusion that I can gather of Mizuho's character is that she is an anxious person and Narumi is not as bad or as nice (I myself a bit on the fence about him) as we seen him from previous volumes.

Piece is not a light series at all. It deals with psychological torture, abortion & suicide. Neither it a romance manga. Yes, there are love stories being told but not in the current timeline of the story. How a timid high school girl got pregnant, then abortion & later kill herself? There are so many confusion, drama & mysteries surrounding it.

Che razza di madre che si ritrova il povero Narumi. Certe persone non dovrebbero nemmeno mettersi a fare figli, se devono usarli per un esperimento.

Mizuho pensa di aver finalmente individuato il misterioso ragazzo della povero Origuchi. Il ragazzo in questione si rivela il fratello maggiore di Narumi, che vive in un'altra città. Intanto il rapporto tra Narumi e Mizuho comincia a farsi un po' più profondo.
