Cea mai buna carte pe care am citit-o de mult timp pe acest subiect: cum figura tatalui pamantesc te influenteaza sa-L vezi pe Dumnezeu Tatal intr-un anumit mod.

Cartea "Dumnezeu Tatăl" reprezintă o radiografie asupra inimii omului si inimii lui Dumnezeu Tatăl. Ea prezintă nevoile umane fundamentale cu care ne confruntăm cu toții și darurile pe care Tatăl nostru ceresc este gata sa ni le ofere: o identitate temeinică și consolidată, dragoste nemaiîntâlnită, un loc în care să Îi slujim și plăcere din partea Tatălui, adică El își găsește o reală plăcere în lucrarea pe care a început-o și o continuă în noi.
Cu toate acestea, nu pregetă în a evidenția indispensabilitatea lui Isus Hristos și a Duhului Sfânt în întreg procesul.

Este scrisă făcând o armonie între teorie, practică și exemple din experiența proprie a autorului și din lucrul cu oamenii. Dave Patty reîmprospătează dorința de a-L cunoaște mai mult pe Dumnezeu, în special în rolul de tată, și a fi umplut de El, dar nu doar la nivel teoretic, ci și la un nivel foarte practic. Astfel, la finalizarea cărții, te vei găsi cu o rezervă nouă de motivație și dragoste în împlinirea acelui scop, dar și cu un "sac" plin de întrebări introspective pe care Dumnezeu le poate folosi pentru a te conștientiza, ajuta, mângâia, vindeca și revitaliza.

Otcovská láska nie je ako lupienok ruže.
Otcovská láska je ako pevný štít, ochrana za ktorú sa schováte keď začnú lietať šípy. Ak otcovská identita prisudzuje hodnotu, potom otcovská láska prináša bezpečie.
Ak sa u ľudí stretávam s odmietaním, nezničí ma to. Prečo? Pretože ma môj Otec prijíma a miluje.

Father God was incredibly practical and deeply personal for me. God spoke to my heart through it, especially about the core gifts that only our Heavenly Father can truly give, not our earthly ones.

The book teaches how to cleanse the heart from five spiritual “diseases” (idolatry, sin, vows, lies, and unforgiveness), but also stresses the need to fill that space with God’s presence—not with earthly comforts. The process is powerful and must be followed in the right order.

This book helped me a lot—both spiritually and practically. Highly recommended.

Great book. If you had a complicated relationship with your earthly father or parents, this book is for you. It talks a lot about how your identity in Christ makes you act in certain situations or troubles ( helps to see if its a shattered identity or not ) and about the way you perceive God as a father. Very eye opening.

This book started well...focusing on healing our relationship with our heavenly father as we distinguish it from the broken relationship with our earthly father. But instead of guiding readers into relationship, it guides the reader into understanding, with endless "fill in the the chart" exercises. Is this how we build a relationship? No.

May I recommend Eldridge's Father Heart books? Or even better, Brennan Manning's Abba's Child?

Mi-a plăcut foarte mult, m-a motivat să stau în rugăciune, meditație și amintiri dureroase și să le aduc înaintea Tatălui ceresc. Este o carte care combină foarte echilibrat psihologia cu teologia în privința rolului de tată în viețile noastre. Din păcate, este adevărat că relația cu tatăl pământesc ne afectează și influențează relația cu Dumnezeu Tatăl, însă cu multă perseverență, ghidarea Duhului Sfânt putem să iertăm și să ne apropiem de Dumnezeu mai mult ca niciodată 🥰

Kniha je plná příběhů jiných lidí a je jich tolik, že nevadí, že se nenajdete ve všech. To se mi moc líbilo. Dave Patty pojmenovává věci, kterých si často jsme vědomi, jen potřebujeme, aby je někdo jasně identifikoval a poradil, co s nimi.
Kniha se mi líbila a něco mi něco dala. I když čtivá tedy nebyla a mnohdy jsem se musela nutit, abych ji otevřela.
