I like this book. It is good to listen. Over all pretty simple and easy to understand. A little bit like chicken soup and blueberry together. Just like author mentioned use your 20 percent energy to finish 100 percent work. It is his book. Good to listen not good to learn.

As man I can tell in his mind women still a kind of special subject. The part he talk with the artist to discuss how they like women. How to make women take off their clothes.

At same time I do like one part author suggested how to treat those middle age men who think themselves are A type man. In those A type men opinions all women should like them . Let them dream about it. Author suggested to tell those kind of man “ 滚”. Means Get out!

Also I like his thinking 完美是美的敌人。 perfect is beauty’s enemy. Put smart phone away from you bed, dining table.

Overall like it I may score it 70 if 100 is perfect.
