Good for challenging one's notions about what forgiveness can mean, why it's beneficial to do so, and how to go about it. Definitely worth taking a little time to read this short, encouraging book if you've been hurt and are struggling with what to do with the hurt.

I've read other books in this series or from this publisher. The first was written I read was "The Little Book of Gratitude" which is written by a well-known scholar in the field. It was much more evidence-based and research inspired than this book on Forgiveness. Other books in the series had less meat to their bones. Some I only liked because of the quotations on the topic contained in them. This one is different and feels nice because the authors speaks so directly and personally to the reader. That's really effective, I feel, if you're looking for something which will make you reflect
