Bad is the new good.
Unless you’re the most hated man in New York.
A bad boy quarterback who can’t perform is one thing, but Liam Sharpe’s on a special kind of downward spiral.
But it’s not a spark when our eyes meet; it’s a forest fire—all consuming, sucking the very breath from my lungs.
And I’m crushing hard.
I’m an up-and-coming popstar about to make the big time.
We shouldn’t be together. He’s an old soul. I’m… well, nuts, but worlds collide when we come together.
And between the sheets? Sweet, sinful skills, and stamina galore.
The problem? My manager says I shouldn’t attach myself to a falling star, that it could kill my career before it starts.
I know heartbreak isn’t required material for a singer.
But the more I resist, the more it feels right.
So. God. Damn. Right.
One shot at happily-ever-after.
One risky play to bring it home.

Join Liam and Madison in this steamy New York Vulcans adventure. This full-length bad boy romance can also be read standalone and includes no cheating, no cliffhangers, and a take-your-breath-away extended HEA.

Teagan Kade thinks talking about yourself in the third person is silly, just like her collection of snow globes and rare manga. When she's not being silly, she's hanging out with her own Storm and two children in the south of Australia, dreaming of new characters and torturous ways they can get themselves into trouble. Teagan loves hearing from her readers, all of whom are as dear to her heart as salted caramel cookies. Shoot her an email at: teagan@teagankade.com. She doesn't bite.

so much potential and no delivery.

this is too insta love for me.
he goes to a bar where she's performing and they immediately are drawn to each other.
The next day he goes back and asks her out and they start a relationship.

this book is a 5h audiobook, by hour 2 he was already thinking he loves her!
i thought this was a forbidden romance but no, the heroine's manager just keeps saying that they shouldn't be together but that doesn't stop them.

Harper was aptly named, because she was a real harpie and shrew. Coach was a good friend to Liam giving him a "heads up". I hated that Liam and Madison were victims of circumstances and fodder for false rumors. Karma for Kelly. Kudos!

Love Across The Crowded Room -
Madison was just minding her business performing on a stage in a bar, when her eyes landed on Liam and nothing in her life made sense, other than to meet him. Liam decided to go and relax whilst listening to music, as he was trying to find why he wasn’t feeling settled in his football career, but everything came into focus the minute he saw Madison and heard her sing.

After they left that night, they both felt like there was an invincible cord pulling them together and this led them on a rollercoaster ride of epic proportions. Their chemistry was evident in each page turn, the drama was really interesting to read about and the intimate moments will leave you needing a cold shower.

Just like the book one, the story will draw you in from the beginning and keep you engrossed all the way to the end. I really enjoyed this book and I am looking forward to reading book three.

I received an advanced copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review.

Engaging and enjoyable.

I didn't like Madison's manager at the beginning of the story, but as I read on, I came to like her, I guess given the circumstances, it was understandable that she was critical of Liam. I wasn't so sure she was looking out for her best interests. At the end of the day, life has no guarantees, as there's always some sicko who wants something from someone. The problem is, they believe their beliefs are true. Furthermore, mental health isn't something to take lightly, and there are people who desperately need help. However, it's difficult when others suffer because of it. I'm so happy that everything worked out so well. Everyone needs motivation. Madison was Liam's motivation and he was hers so everything worked out beautifully.
Liam's teammates, Madison's mom, and the team's coach are all likeable characters. The whole story is beautiful and engaging. I really enjoyed it.

Always a day late and a dollar short.

Poor Liam, no matter what he tried on that football field, he always seems to fail at making those crucial points needed as the clock counts down to zero. And believe me I know how he feels by being a huge Cincinnati Bengals fan. You want to blame the quarterback but it really does take a whole team to lose a game.

Liam has his vices to deal with his issues and when he decides to indulge in hopes of getting the last losing game out of his system, he finds a blue haired beauty with a voice he could listen to for the rest of his life. Madison is trying to make it in the music industry one show at a time and when Liam steps in to assist her with an aggressive creepy fan matter, there might as well have been fireworks going off for the instant attraction they had for each other.

Gah, this book was so good!

I have mixed feelings about this book. I found the story intriguing, in that I wanted to know what was going to happen next, but I was disappointed by the OTT insta-lust/love between the main characters. The main characters were also rather immature, and the dialogue and flow reflected this. The flow was choppy with strange descriptions and wording. Both of the characters were kind of flakey, and some of their shenanigans were comically unbelievable. None of their “real life” issues seemed at all real, and there was too much focus on the sexual relationship. I’m no prude and definitely like heat between the sheets in my books, but this was just overkill, and lacked intimacy. So, again, a mixed bag for me. If you like OTT sexy, insta-love, with a soap opera flair, give it a go. For me, I think I’ll move on.

In my opinion Liam is better than Ryder (the books). In my opinion Liam had more suspense than Ryder. I really enjoy suspense in my stories. I was partly right on the antagonist, but Teagan Kade did give a little twist I didn't see coming. I like Liam and his old school ways. I could feel his insecurities and his struggles. I love when it came down to it Liam put Madison first. In my opinion Teagan Kade has a way of making me feel the in the middle of the action of the game. I like Madison and how she was putting her life first and how she stood up to Harper. Overall I enjoyed Liam and Madison's story. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced reader's copy.

I don't know a thing about American football but it can't be much different behind the scenes than Aussie footy. The players are considered public property and fans love to hate them when they lose. Liam is not doing so great but it makes a team to win. Known as a bad boy he just needs to find the right woman. Madison is a little known singer who catches his eye. Her manager doesn't want that to happen as he'll ruin her reputation.
The world of the media could make or break them as they discover love.
I truly loved the ending, we all want our HEA.

Good read

Good pace, adventure, humor and heat a very entertaining read. Liam is known to be the worst QB but he's trying to overcome it, but needed time away he finds himself in a biker bar, thinking about gambling when a blue haired sweet bit of a thing catches his eye. Madison is trying to be a breakthrough county star, but her current audience wasn't too keen on her but the guy at the bar caught her eye. Whirlwind and adventure ensue...great banter, good chemistry.

An enjoyable addition to the series.

An enjoyable addition to the series! Liam career as the quarterback for the New York Vulcans isn’t going as plan and he sure wasn’t expecting Madison. From the first meeting she makes his insecurities fade away. When they take a chance and follow their attraction, the drama builds up as those around them questions their relationship. What happens next makes for an enjoyable sports romance read filled with suspense, twist, and a deserving HEA. I loved how these two characters fought for their forever.

Whew!
What a ride! What a jumble of emotions.
Ms. Kade has outdone herself once again. Liam and Madison's story is a mix of sports novel, sweet love story, and thriller and covers the entire gamut of emotions associated with it.
I giggled, laughed out loud, held my breath in shock, gasped for air, and everything in between. I really can't get enough of her stories and can't wait to read more books in this fantastic new series!

What a great addition to this series. I think I might love Liam (second book) more than Ryder (first book) but it is a close call! Liam and Madison were amazing together. The sparks and the chemistry between these two was electric. This book had drama, heat and even a few WHAT moments in it. I could not put this one down. Awesome book from start to finish. I voluntarily reviewed this book in exchange for an honest review.

Celebrity Romance ❤️🎤🏈💙

If you enjoy celebrity romances, this is a good one for you. Madison is an up and coming pop star and Liam is an NFL Quarterback, not sure if he’s on his way up or down.

Together, they are able to lift each other up and support their career goals. It was a fun read with some heat and action, as he saves her from a dangerous situation.

A nice story with a cute HEA.

You know, u really liked Liam.
He’s an old soul and his melancholy came across. Don’t worry, it didn’t last long. As soon as he sees Madison, the country Taylor Swift wannabe, he’s all in.

Liam’s an aging qb (someone definitely watched Moneyball) who gets a shot in the arm with the younger, fresh, pop-country singer.

Recommend.

Liam and Madison couldnt be in more different places in their lives. Liam, a bad boy football player, is not performing and on a downward slide. Madison is an up and coming popstar whose career is taking off. They shouldn't be together. It would be bad for Madisons career. But Liam is so, so sexy! Their story is full of suspense and angst. I loved this second book in a great series.

It took me a bit to get into the story but I did enjoy it in the end. Liam was having a rough go of things playing the game and getting those final points needed to win. Madison is an up and coming singer that catches his eye. Their relationship definitely has obstacles at play. Can they make things work?

Liam & Madison

This series doesn't disappoint at all. It keeps getting better. Liam is a falling star in the football world and Madison is a rising star in the music world. Madison is playing a small time venue and Liam sees her across the bar and their eyes could barely leave each other s gaze. They do have obstacles but they do not let those obstacles get in their way.

Liam and Madison

This was such a fun read. I loved them navigating their relationship. From different schedules, horrible fans, awful articles and unhelpful friends. So much fun to see how things evolved and moved through the story. Excited to see what is to come in this series!

okay read

An okay read. Liked the characters who gelled, but the peripheral stuff and people annoyed me more than adding to the story. Was okay but it’s not a keeper.

OMG!! Love it! I didn't want to put it down. With a wonderful HEA!

Liam meet Madison when he at The Lost Cowboy, a tavern in the boonies of Upstate New York. Madison comes on stage to sing, when Liam has his breath taken away by her. Madison can't take her eyes off of Liam either. Liam goes on the hunt looking for Madison, after all she only gave his a signed copy of her CD. When Liam finds Madison they have a connection, but Harper, Madison's manager is against the two of them hooking up. Harper thinks Liam is a washed up quarterback, Madison's career is about to take off. Liam and Madison don't care how Harper feels about their relationship. Liam's previous hook up comes crawling back, but Liam wants nothing to do with her. Kelly, Liam's ex is a reporter and wants Liam to make sure she is the first to have access to all the news. Kelly then goes so far as to have her picture published with Liam. Word get out to Madison when she goes home to visit her mother. Madison stays lock in her room but then decides to go out and get a shake. Madison is confronted with an obsessed fan, who kidnaps her. Liam is worried about Madison so he head to Madison's hometown, but he's not sure where she lives. When he gets to Madison's house he is greeted by a baseball bat from Madison's mother. Liam quickly explains he is in love with Madison. After waiting for Madison to come home he goes to look for her only to discover she has been kidnapped. Liam calls the police, then there is a lead she is at a diner a few miles away. Liam takes off to save Madison, only to have her fight her way free. Liam and Madison head back for his game when Kelly is arrested for false reporting. Madison ask for her contract to be renegotiated so she can have football season off. Madison gets an appearance on one of the late night shows, afterwards Liam proposes to her. Liam and Madison have an awesome HEA!!

Oh honestly, I have to say it directly at the beginning, I hated Madison's manager (at the beginning). Why could Madison not have both, her carrier and a boyfriend? And Liam is perfect boyfriend material 😁 He isn't just hot, he is the "touch her and die" kind of boyfriend 🤩 And he is strong 😉 Who could be a better bodyguard for Madison? Especially when there are all the jackasses at the concerts. I loved Liam sooo much. And WOW the action... I don't speak of the bed action, yes, it was good too, but I speak of other another action... 😎
